Regardless, Obama HIMSELF, his wife, and his aides have made plenty of boneheaded comments that are routinely ignored by the MSM. You happen to agree with their statements, so you don't find issue.

I refuse to get involved with any discussion that tries to justify calling a black person apelike in any way which tried to remove the negative racial stereotype that comes with it. Not when there are soccer players abroad or protesters here being taunted with slurs and bananas calling them such.


I'm not calling you racist. I'm saying you should be aware making an argument for that term being normalized or justified will always be construed as racist. If you call a black person an ape, you will be called a racist. Don't blame me. Blame the racists of the past two hundred years. They ruined it for you.

Bush.  In that case, it's alright.  It's alright for liberals to label a President and mock him in association with his appearance, but it's not OK to do so with the current First Lady.
