Being in the middle of Niner/Raider country, I'd love to see Gabbert and Schaub leading those teams! Fight on boys!

There will always be NFL teams who aren't happy with all the QB's on their roster and be desperate enough to bring in another QB was has been recently cut, esp if that QB was a high draft pick.

 

Add in QB injuries and that only makes them even more desperate.

You make these grand standing predictions/opinions...then when you're wrong ( usually ) you have a little fit when called out. Then call names. Like a little boy.

You did the same thing here..Gabbert will not get cut. Just like Gordon will not get suspended. No one can or would say that with certainty, except the tosser of le crap, because no one knows...except you of course.

Agreed, although I think the list of teams that might take a gamble on Gabbert is a very short one at this point.  If he flushes out with SF, it'll be a tough sell to get him on another NFL roster.

It would probably depend a bit on how he plays this last preseason game in terms of what teams would be willing to give him a chance. If he plays well that will help his chance obviously but if he plays like the Gabbert we know, he may not be around much longer.


I'm still not convinced that San Fran doesn't sign someone from the next cut down period and Gabbert will be out. Tho Harbaugh has remained committed in his comments.

I would expect Harbaugh to remain committed right up to the point where he can cut and run.  Until then, I don't expect him to throw his player under the bus.
