Colts are taking this game off in order to let the Jags win and get a worse draft position.  Right now, we're in the drivers seat for a either a top RB or pass-rusher, or trading down for more picks.  A win doesn't help in the long run.

It'd be pretty awesome to throw 50 on the Colts I'm the last game of the year.
Quote:What are the odds this team was intentionally trying to get Gus canned low key? I mean they cant just come out and say it, but this is night and day. The head coach matters, but this is a whole other level.

Blake's play is inspired differently, it would seem. and we get da ball back after da half
Quote:Like an assistant really has any control.
He does actually. He can enforce rules, he can talk to Gus about the way things look among players and ways to change them. He just sat back and watched for all I know.
What's this whole scoring in the first quarter nonsense?  I thought only other teams were allowed to do that.  Pretty sure it's in the NFL rulebook:

Rule 7.21.19:

"Teams are allowed to score in any Quarter, except for the Jacksonville Jaguars, whom must not score until at earliest second quarter unless they are going for a field goal."

I'd take a win and restore some of the guys confidence all day. Bortles with confidence is a different player.
We would have won the division if we canned dopey Gus after the tacks game.

And it only 10 pages to from someone to post this old claptrap.
Say goodbye to Allen or Garrett...
That was really a beautiful throw by Bortles. Hard to put much value on this game against a dejected Colts team, but man I'm glad he's at least showing something.

You don't do that. You pick good football players no matter where you pick. Look at New England, Seattle, Denver. Good teams pick up or sign elite/good players regardless of pick order. Having a good QB helps too.
Was Bortles looking at the drive on a tablet when he hit the bench? That's probably the first time I've seen that, hopefully that becomes a staple.

1st 3 and out... silence

2nd 3 and out... groans

3rd 3 and out... booos.

I'm going to enjoy this game.

Exactly! And for this young defense. Specifically Fowler amd Ramsey.

And for all we know he was in Bradley's ear all year and Gus ignored him. That certainly looks more realistic based on what we're seeing.
Here come the "we should throw games" crew. Bunch of clowns.

This is insane. The turnaround is just so preposterous.

As long as it translates to Dalvin..
I can't think of a better start to 2017 than kicking the clots [BLEEP]!

The guy has never had anyone to show him how to be an NFL QB, so there's that.
