We have too many needs. Bortles isn't a starter, and I'd think they are looking for starters from here on into the fourth round if they can swing it.

Cleveland, Oakland, Minnesota all would have taken Bortles. We could have dropped and still gotten Teddy or Johnny - but not Bortles. We'll see how it pans out.

You dont know that they would have, most reports were none were gonna take a QB in the top 10
