Lololololol..Texans will get another Carr. The Cleveland Browns traded up (or did they?) to #22 for Brady Quinn, then for Brandon Weeden and now at #22 for Manziel. 3rd time the charm?

Bridgewater, believe it or not, probably ended up with the best team for him. A lot of weapons on offense + AP, and will play under Norv Turner.
I think Manziel is under the most pressure out of the three QBs taken. Like always we'll fly under the radar and I trust Gus to groom Blake right, and Caldwell to build a team around him

But he doesn't play well in bad weather.  Bad conference to end up for that, even if he plays indoors at home.
Absolutely he's under the most pressure.

He seems to excel under pressure, but this will put that to the test for sure.  JohnnyCircus is coming to Cleveland.

I'd just like to point out that until 2016, he plays outdoors at home.

Even worse.

Matt Cassell is signed for two years (ala Henne). TB wouldn't have to start right away. Cold weather wouldn't be a problem because both Kaep and Vick have smaller hands and wear gloves and they do fine. Maybe if it rains is when TB needs to not depend on his gloves.

I was actually worry that he might ends up in Cleveland, but landing in Minn is the best scenario for him.
<p style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Helvetica;font-size:13px;">Mini 2nd Round Mock

  1. Texans - Jimmy Garrapollo QB
  2. Redskins - Louis Nix III DT
  3. Browns - Marquise Lee WR
  4. Raiders - Derrek Carr QB
  5. Falcons - Demarcus Lawrence DE
  6. Buccaneers - Rashede Hageman DT
  7. Jaguars - Allen Robinson WR
Quote:Great pick. Bortles is the best QB coming out of this draft.
 I'm on board...Aaron Murray in the 3rd or 4th and we got the QB locked down!

Next pick...Louis Nix DT Noter Dame/ Xavier Su'a-Filo G UCLA/ Jordan Matthews WR Vandy/ Cody Latimer WR IU/ Donte Moncrief WR Ole Miss/ Kyle Van Noy LB BYU/ Joel Bitonio OL Nevada...Go Jags!

God I hope Carr goes to Houston, just to shut TMD up for the rest of the weekend.

I am not opposed to taking Tahj Boyd on the last day of the draft.

Mobile guy that can probably manage the game well, and an insurance policy in case Bortles busts.

Jordan Matthews in the 2nd would be amazing.

if you see all the first round talent on the defensive line dropping into the second I think a lot of these wideouts will keep on dropping

i personally would like to see us go xavier sau filo and put a top class talent on the offensive line then perhaps look at wideout in the third particularly if we are going to go with brewster at centre

He is totally who I want us to take in round 2. I think hes gonna be a really damn good player.
I hate HATE the browns. Now, I hate JFF. I was surprised and a little upset about Bortles. But then I calmed down. We got a QB that's what was important. Can wait for the rest of this draft.

I hadn't thought of that.  I figured they would push him immediately into play.  Good points.
Niners just traded for Stevie Johnson for a pick in next years draft.

No doubt now they trade some of their picks today (5) to move up.

Depending how the the picks ahead of us go, I would hope Dave would entertain moving 39 to SF for their first second and one of their 3rds. You know they would love to move right ahead of SEA

17 spots worth a 3rd?

With a draft this deep, why in the world should they?!?!

They should be able to bring home FIVE starting caliber players, even if they end up being backups due to their roster.

That's fantastic.  That kind of depth keeps teams competitive for years, year in and out.

God Yes...I would want a 3rd and 4th/5th.   Lots of 1st round talent could still be there at 39.
