Quote:The mean posts yes. JW herself has made several threads over the years discussing her Asperger's so I don't think it's wrong that we talk about it.
Now the jerks that want to be buttheads about it any way...they are just sad little people!!
Not to be mean, but it explains so much.

:teehee: :thanks: :woot:

Why?
They were attacked because they were women.
I didn't defend them because they were women.
The fact is, they have had better posts than some guys on here.
I have received many positive comments on my posts over the years. Not sure why I can't compliment others.
Quote:Guys, I know that this thread is about the TMD, but I think that it's kind of inappropriate to talk about other users like JW in a public thread.
Just my personal take on it.
I agree, especially if JW isn't contributing to this portion of the conversation.
Quote:Yes. The Big Short, by Michael Lewis - the same writer who did Blindside and Money Ball.
And by the way, JW isn't the only one who takes facts as suggestions, LOL.
Great book. Really nails what happened and how it's amazing no one went to jail over it.
That guy made billions, all the while screaming from the mountain tops it wasn't a it COULD happen, but a most definitely WILL. Amazing stuff.
It's a bit comical that most everyone on this message board dislike TMD and yet here's a ten page thread dedicated to him.
Quote:I absolutely value Carly's and Bchbunnie's opinions (and I'm sure many other women posters I don't know are women) over many of the guys that post on here. They present far more logically, factually, and reasonably than many, and the board would not be as good without their input.
Coming from you, this is quite a compliment!

I, for one, will miss TMD. He kept me entertained, and there's no doubt he had a lot of help hijacking threads. I also noticed that while ridiculous insults were often flung in his direction, he rarely seemed to stoop down to that level. This is a shame.

Him posting was like a train wreck. People just couldn't turn away even though they knew what was happening.

I was always amazed at the number of people who would hop onto his derailed threads just so they could complain about him derailing the threads.
TMD is lurking somewhere changing his ip and mac address to get one more shot on here.

"He rarely seemed to stoop to that level."
Are there two TMDs? Are you talking about the same one I've had to suffer through?
The guy to be a real jerk who knew exactly what he was doing.
carly, TMD most certainly stooped low and insulted posters.

If a new member with the moniker of DMT comes on here and sounds defensive, we'll know.

Lately? I just don't remember seeing it. I could be wrong and I'm not going to sift through the guy's posting history, but I do remember, on several occasions, noticing that he didn't take the bait when he was called a million different names.
That's the duck and run, which is quite common.
So wait. Hold on a minute.
Are you trying to tell me that no one appreciates my posts? It's obvious I work so hard on every last one of them. Sometimes it takes days or even weeks! Bah. What's the use.
Oh yeah, this thread was about TMD.
He would have appreciated my posts.
We Tokyo, very bad here, very bad Tokyo!
Did I just see a ghost? I saw his name at the bottom of the screen.
