I would also recommend that if you do PM, you PM only what you'd allow to be shared on the open forum.

 

Once you've dropped something in someone else's box, you can't guarantee what they'll do with it.  You an expect it to be private, but it can't be guaranteed.  Not passing judgment right or wrong, just reminding that nothing you share freely with strangers on the internet can be fully controlled, unless you don't share it at all (PM or otherwise.)

Not surprised by this turn of events.

 

I was about to put the Dog on my ignore list, and that takes an awful lot for me.  When he got permabanned a few years back, I lobbied pretty hard for the new "penalty box" system, and I think it works very well.  He'll come back and behave for a while, and will be pretty interesting without being insulting.. and then will push the envelope until banhood again.

 

BTW, this will be the second draft TMD misses.  And yes, it will no doubt be killing him to not let everyone know just how stupid an organization we are on draft day.

 

Hope it's a great 6 months for TMD, and his life improves in ways he does not expect.  And when he returns, he no longer feels the need to get his opinion out at all costs.

I wish he'd get banned during the season. He at least makes off season entertaining. I'll get really upset with some of the posts he makes but it makes work go faster.


Thought he was better for longer this time around. Maybe he will be well behaved longer next time.

Bottom line: If he professed to be a fan of another team, I doubt you would find a single person here that wouldn't label him a troll. In fact, I bet he wouldn't last a month before any ban under those circumstances. The only difference is that he claims to be a fan and just wants what's best for the team.

 

I like the guy, but I don't buy it for one second. Dude trolls, and trolls hard.

 

I haven't figured out whether it's intentional or if he simply can't help himself.

Manning faked 4 neck surgeries, and missed an entire season so the Jaguars wouldn't have the opportunity to draft Andrew Luck.

On a serious note, does Asperger's prevent learning? While I understand that they often have difficulty with empathy, it doesn't appear that JW accepts new opinions / facts as anything more than a suggestion. 

I wouldn't have a problem with TMD's incessant trolling if he would actually provide feedback or dialogue in conversations that clearly refuted his (incorrect) opinions. He, however, usually ignored them and moved on to another thread.

So true.  He's really, really bad at being wrong and even worse at owning it.
