Quote:Anyone who whines about the fans is telling the truth. Acting like you aren't a fan of the team is beyond stupid.

What's beyond stupid is thinking that booing during a pathetic offensive effort is acting like they aren't fans. That's just a ridiculous statement.

I guess it's easy for you to say since you're not paying to watch this crap. But, at least a booing fan is showing some passion. The way you see it, they should just sit on their hands and keep their mouths shut. That's apathy, and that's the last thing you want from your fan base. Once they stop caring, they stop showing up.
It's like this team doesn't see the connection between on field performance and fan behavior. You win and play well, the fans cheer. You lose and play like trash, the fans boo. Guess which one the Jags have been doing for the last 10 years...
I should be salty at him. I spent a 2nd round pick on him in my fantasy draft and he's killing me with his non-production.

I agree that given how the season has gone (and particularly his season) that it would be wise for AR15 to not make such comments.  But, otherwise, I agree with him.  It's ridiculous for fans to boo their own team for any reason, other than an obvious lack of effort, which isn't the case.  Now is the time for us as fans to take a step back and realize that A-Rob, first of all, is a kid.  And he's a competitor.  And he's trying.  And, for god's sake, he's a Jaguar, and a valuable one at that.  Let's just get through this dumpster fire of a season and support our players as best we can.

AR15 will be fine.  I'd take 53 Allen Robinsons.

Participation trophies for everyone!
Quote:Better lock him up before he leaves.

There is no way he would sign an extension here this offseason.
I was a fan of him; but I'm starting to dislike him and I think a big part of this attitude is Gus's fault. Babying all these players has made them soft. If you can't take booo's from fans who have stuck with a team that hasn't won more than 5 games in a season the last 6 years (8 in the last decade), then you're more soft than a marshmallow. Plain and simple............

Sure, that's exactly what I was trying to say.  Thanks for distilling my thoughts into such clarity.
Boo hoo the fans are booing the [BAD WORD REMOVED] product on the field, i wonder if he was at a restaurant and on his plate was a literal pile of [BAD WORD REMOVED] would he voice his displeasure or politely lap it up and pay his tab.

These whiny players that bought into the Gus "winning doesnt matter" philosophy need to go.

Allen is right....I'm going to do all my booing at home next season. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings.
Allen Robinson is a diva. Hurns is literally a guy that leaves it all on the field. I would take 53 Hurns over Robinson and his whiny attitude all day.

There's a reason why Hurns will be making 10 million a year starting next year. Not so sure Robinson will get that.

Same here, I will make the playoffs, but I might be dropping Robinson this week, due to the eneptness of this offense. Like a star struck little girl I happily picked him with my 2nd pick, thinking I had won my draft. Welp...#becauseJaguars
Personally, I don't boo the team or players. I will boo loudly at bad officiating calls. I certainly don't blame anyone that does though. You bought the ticket, do what you will.

I would hate to be a player in the NFL. Minus the money tho...Would love the money.

Allen Robinson should shut up and concentrate on catching the football when it hits him in the hands.  He has had 2 or 3 ints bounce right off his hands for int.  If I were bortles he is seeing less balls for sure.

I wonder where they got that idea? Maybe from our genius Behavioralist coach who lives in a fantasy world where rewarding poor performance doesn't somehow breed more poor performance. Troops taking on the personality of their leader. You nailed it.
This really gets under my skin more than anything "fans don't know a damn thing?"  Really?  Just because you are fooseball player we are ignorant to the fact that you bums are 2-10 and you suck this year AR?  You deserve every bit of booing.  Be a [BLEEP] man, grow a pair, and start making plays.

How about they try winning a game at home before complaining about fans
