Fans in Philly will boo a 16-0 team after one bad series.... I don't think he understands

Participation Trophy era athletes have now caught up with the NFL. That's what all this is about. Robinson just needs to sit down, shut up and ignore the outside noise. When he responds to criticism from the fan base he's just giving the fans another reason to take shots at him. If he's more concerned and focused about what the average fan is saying about him. Well, it can be argued that maybe he's not focusing enough during practice, in the film room and during coaching sessions to hold onto the damn football when it's near him. One breakout year with more than 50% of production coming from garbage time in contests you've already lost don't make you a superstar in this league. It just makes you a beloved fantasy superstar. And that's about it. 

Try being in Philly when they have a losing season.

If their teams were as bad as ours for an extended period of time, they would boo even louder or longer.  The Jacksonville fans and media are a cupcake kind of town compared to other markets.  You can go and ask many players that have been in New York, Philly, DC, etc...when they aren't good the media and fans put a lot more pressure than what this town has.  The fans here are sick of it and yet we keep putting butts in the seats.

 

Tell me JW, how often are you attending Jag games?  I've bought season tickets for over ten years.  I attend Jaguar events throughout the year.  Do you really want to argue with me over who is a real fan when you root for another NFL team over the Jaguars and even rooted for that team to beat them on Sunday?

Yea the Jags up north in New York area.  Would get made fun of more if whined about fans.  And the people be way more vocal about it.  The Nfl is a different kind of beast than college.

Still comes up with some off the wall stuff...

I'd let Gus coach for 20 more years if it meant Jdub could never post here again.

I finally snapped in early November, personally. 

 

I'd block her to avoid seeing the garbage, but as much as she spams in every thread, it would make the forum really hard to read with all of the one-sided conversations lol

I'd say no one on the coaching staff is telling them much of anything at this point. And if they are then the players quit listening some time ago.

to be fair that should be more common sense then anything else really.. but you'd think after the first time someone would say "hey man take a step back the fans are off limits" even if he wants to leave the Jaguars after his contract it looks bad on his resume when they see what he said about the fans he used to play for lol?

I agree. Her petulant behavior is far more egregious than anything TMD ever did.
