Branch has benefitted greatly from the tweaks Bradley and Wash made to their blitzes at the bye. That said - he has actually improved and I've seen him trying a few new moves. They don't work most of the time but he he looks like he's putting the work in.
Has Branch gotten a sack on anything but a stunt? This may be a rare case of our coaching staff actually getting more out of a player than his talent level would normally allow

He did. I remember it because I was shocked that he got the edge on a good LT.
Whether it's scheme or coaching, I can't take away from him that he has 6 sacks this year so after a while I gotta give him credit

Giving players the best chance possible to be successful is what good coaches do.
6 sacks is a good year for any DE. He has made a big leap in his 2nd year. If he gets a DE on the other side who can apply pressure he could become a double digit sack specialist.

Happy for Branch. It's not anything earth shattering he's doing, but we haven't had a DE come up with this sacks on a weekly basis now in a long time. Good for him.
Having Babin and Branch is actually a pretty decent team. They can both get after the QB. Neither is elite - far from it - but at least they aren't complete embarrassments.
Now, adding Clowney to the mix would be awesome

Exactly the same reason I remember the play. Pretty sure I watched it a few times to make sure I was seeing it correctly haha.
