You don't think Colts fans were praying they would lose out 2 years ago?

We need talent. Best way to do that is to get higher draft picks (#1 and #33). I loved the win yesterday but in the grand scheme of things it could be meaningless. Thats not to say I was cheering for the tacks either. I was yelling at the TV all game (especially the shorts catch)

I think I understand where you're coming from.  But I do want to make one clarification...

I think, especially after we all suffered through with the previous GM, it's not just a matter of draft picks.  It's who we PICK with whatever draft order we have.  If Caldwell is a good evaluator of talent we'll be in the playoffs come 3 years from now.  If he's not, well, it's same old same old.

Seriously, this win is huge.  And it isn't meaningless.  We have this on the tacks for life.  FOR LIFE!!!  That's pretty dang priceless if you ask me!!!!  Go jags!

I don't know. The ones in this picture looked pretty happy when Donald Brown was about to clinch their first win.

Quote:Urghhh Andy Dalton. No.

My point is we can find a talented franchise quarterback who can be productive right away and entrench himself as the undisputed starter without clinching the top pick. Andy Dalton is all of that. Don't think I was saying we should get a player with the same talent level as Dalton.

Do they have pictures of management?
Quote:The game balls should be thrown at the heads of the coaching staff.  Why did they have Henne throwing when grinding out short yardage for first downs to run out the clock was critical?  We can't have Henne throw the game balls at the coaches, though, because he would miss.
But Henne did try to pass the game ball to Gus, who was on his way to shake hands with Munchak...He batted it down.
