Bortles at this juncture is nowhere near the passer any of those guys on that useless list are.

Honestly, I'm not concerned about the INTs because he's always gonna be a guy that throws em, but Jesus, dude needs to learn how to throw the football. All those QBs you listed could throw a spiral.
