If Gabbert is beat down and broken, imagine being Chad Henne.

Doesn't mean they have much in "common" though. This arguement is really pointless. Gabbert has been consistently good at absolutely nothing. Those guys above can have a breakout game or consistently string together a few decent games in consecutive weeks.
Gabbert is #3 behind Leaf, and Russel.

Gabbert is better than Leaf. But worse than Russel. Gabbert being a bust is magnified given the other young QBs who have found success over the same time period.
Top 50 Worst QBs of all time

Blaine Gabbert

<p class="" style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:Arial, 'San-Serif';font-size:12px;">

<p style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:Arial, 'San-Serif';font-size:12px;">Years: 2011-Present
Team(s): Jacksonville Jaguars
Drafted: 1st round, 10th overall (2011)
Starts: 25

While some might call this premature given the relatively few number of starts he has made in his career, Blaine Gabbert is rapidly emerging as one of the worst quarterbacks of this generation. Considering the pass-happy rules of the league and the new records being set, that's really saying something. Not only does Gabbert carry a pitiful passer rating (68.3), but he also has taken a remarkable 68 sacks for his career, averaging one every 11.6 drop backs. At that rate, it could be a short career for the former Missouri Tiger.

10 Worst QBs of the Past 15 Years
I'll save you some forward reading on this list: Blaine Gabbert is the only one still starting. Somewhat shockingly, he's also still the starter in Jacksonville. How bad does it have to get before someone, anyone is a better option?

Michael Lombardi: In my 20-plus years in the NFL, I don't think I have seen a high first-round pick look as scared or as out of place as Blaine Gabbert. The game looks entirely too big for him. When the ball is in his hand, he treats it like a hot potato. His play was embarrassing, considering he was a top 10 pick. I believed Gabbert was a good prospect and wrote about it leading up to the draft. When everyone was concerned about his down-field throws, I thought he would be able to adjust. But never did I think his eye level would be this low, his unwillingness to hang in the pocket this bad. I readily admit my mistake. Now the Jags need to do the same. The longer they play him, they run the risk of losing the team. How can they expect the players around him to buy in? Gabbert cannot fool his teammates. If he continues to play like this, no one will want to play with him.

You can't even put Gabs on the same planet as those QB's you just mentioned....yes, even Fitzpatrick is better than Gabby.... You are witnessing one of the WORST 1st. RD QB's to ever step foot on an NFL field.

Even JTW Monday Prisco and Sexton where going off saying he simply doesn't have it. Prisco also said something along the lines of him being a one read QB.

lol (how is l  m a o a bad word)?

For those defending Blabbert look I used to do the same myself. He's bid his time, I only wish him to start to tank the season and that's it. See Solid Snake's GIF for a perfect example of baddy.

I remember one point it was in the rules you couldn't use acronyms that had "vulgar" language or something.  I got a warning for using it before
You know what. If he was with a better line. He may turn out better you never know. Just not a good fit. For our scheme of football.
Ps snake can you show us what it looked like down the field? If there is no one to throw to. What would you like him to do? Not try?

What scheme of football do we play that is drastically different than everyone else? Throwing the ball on time and on target to WR's?
Gabbert is horrible... I don't even think he could play flag football at this point.

No pocket presence... No game management... No vision... No confidence...

Maybe they took Ryan Leafs "FACE OFF"

Sure but Alfie already did it for me. Gabbert is a one read QB, if its not there he panics, when he panics its over.

That was great.  Man, it just shows how big of a difference a QB can make when he knows how to read a defense and goes through his progressions.  As Alfie said, going through that is sooooo frustrating, but it also shows there are many plays to be made.  We have the WR's, we need a QB (not the only thing we need, but would help more then any other position).
Gabbert needs a hall of fame offensive line just to be average.
