Time for you head coaches to submit your plan to fix this team. What do you do to fix this offense?

My fixes:

- Ditch the Zone blocking scheme. We don't have the players to run it and its completely murdered our run game. Go back to the very same scheme we ran last year due to familiarity.

- Send a message and release Gabbert. Sign the best QB on the street you can and see if he can provide a spark. Rotate QB's until you find one that can get something done.

- Lean on Blackmon and Lewis next week. They are your best playmakers. Make them get some yardage.

- Run more outside runs with MJD.

- Ditch the quick throw screens. Haven't seen even one work this entire season.

- Use robinson. He hasn't been effective running at all but he see what he has throwing and receiving.

My Gus Bradley?  I don't have one, but the Jaguars do.

Anyway:

Tell Gabbert or Henne to pretend they are Rex Grossman and on every play say "Forget it, I'm going deep!"

Stanzi time = Superbowl

Help is not on the way.  We will likely go 0-16 or 1-15.  We thought it couldn't get worse than last season.  It got worse.

When good players get here, they will improve. That cant happen until the draft.

You do nothing. The offense is our only hope of locking down the first pick in the 2014 draft.

Yep, we said the offense couldnt get any worse after 2011, and we were wrong twice! LOL
when did everyone get a gus bradley, i want one.

Let the defense play offense.....when the defense forces a team to punt, send them back on the field.

QB- Josh Evans

WR - WILL BLACKMON

WR J. CYprien

FB - Poz

RB - Mike Harris

TE- Russel Allen

LT Alualu

G Senderrick Marks

You get the picture.

That's a "small victory" right there !

Its a good thing the team is taking responsibility for getting a real QB next year.

I like this idea
Gut the team. Get new coaches, GM. New TVs. Locker rooms. Uniforms. Logos. Stand United theme.

That should do it.

Four games. Zero improvement. Coaches need to look in the mirror. ... Mularkey says hello.
Replace Meester with the long snapper. That way when Gabbert throws a pass to the line of scrimmage it will look more impressive.
New idea.

Give Jedd Fisch a shocking collar.

Every time he calls two running plays in a row that don't work, give him a shock.

Every time he calls a short pass on 2nd and long, give him a shock

Every time he calls a short pass on 3rd and long, press the button as many times as the other team has points.

First of all, Gus Bradley can't fix the offense by himself. Neither can any of his assistants. You have to take into account the injuries, suspension, time spent together, etc. in your evaluation of the offense. We also are still lacking talent at too many positions. That said, it is obvious Bradley needs to do whatever he can to fix the offense.

If only one of our penalties all year - the personal foul against a defensive player on the sideline - was fake, step one is stopping the mental errors. Bob Harlan said we kept making "unforced errors" several times. Although the defenser is also guilty of this, we are better on that side of the ball outside of Seattle.

You don't fix anything. You play, evaluate guys, and draft a the top QB. Why pick up a QB just so you can win 3-4 games and be out of contention for the top QB?
Bench Gabbert and Meister for a start

I think Blackmon will help open things up a little to be honest.  Anyone else tired of the Run, Run, Pass & Punt offense? Come on Fisch!

I would replace Jedd Fisch with a Magic Eightball.
