Thank you to all of those who posted the tweets and updates!

Sounds like all things considering the Jags had a decent practice against arguably the best team in the NFL. That, if nothing else should be encouraging. I'm looking forward to what the next couple of days will bring. Hopefully they keep it up.

Love the cut Lee made. That was beautiful. Also glad to hear Yannick had a good day. Was Fowler out there today? He stand out at all?

Brees couldn't do anything with this?

The way Lee's abilities are often downplayed and considered expendable by a number of Jags fans is just weird to me.  I don't get it.

Agreed. He's easily the 2nd best WR on the roster, and I still maintain he could be the best

That was last year buddy

It's a good thing to get a practice like this in early. Marrone can't be happy with that defensive performance. Gus would be standing there saying "There were a lot of positives out there man. Just gotta use those opportoonies to stop those explosive plays"

Oops, yall are right, Colvin suspended last year. Sorry for the Jaguarswoman moment

Here's a link to a Pats Forum on today's joint practice if anyone is interested.

God their fanbase is spoiled.  Not really surprised their offense was able to move the ball with ease.  They have Tom Brady and were picking on us without 2 of our top 3 corners.  Can only help them get better facing them.
Butler picked off Bortles. But Bortles threw a nice 9 to Arob for a TD. Lewis looked slow as usual.

Who is #85?
how was Fowler? Did he get manhandled like he did last year against Tampa?

UDFA TE Bluiett.

Its like Bortles gets nervous and starts dropping b4 the ball is fully snapped. Like he's trying to catch the other team off guard, but it backfires.

Not in this instance. Marrone commented on this play today and indicated Blake was stepped on by his own OL. Someone got blown off of their block.

A good chunk of their fan base have zero idea what losing is.  They jumped on that bandwagon when the winning started.  They are the entitled rich kid that doesn't know what it's like to be poor.  When Brady leaves, they'll know.

Jaguar fans know what its like....it will make winning that much better.

Even worse, fans of opposing teams and rivals will brutalize them.
@zackcoxnesn Blake Bortles' first four pass attempts of 11-on-11s:

Sack
Sack
Butler pass breakup
Gilmore pass breakup

Unless, of course, Jimmy G or (insert other Pats QB here) turns out to be very good as well.

Obviously the chances of them having another Brady are slim to none... BUT... the 9ers had Montana and then Young... The Pack had Favre and Rodgers..
It's possible that they know what they have in Jimmy, hence the high price tag on trade rumors, and its possible if Brady goes another 3-4 years that they draft a kid that really does take the reigns eventually.

Remember how well they did with Cassel in during that one year Brady was hurt... 10 or 11 wins and barely lost the division to the same record Phins...

Plus the Pats will always have the jests and bills in their division, who seemingly have been as bad as us for as long.
@BenVolin 15 yard flag on Jaguars DE Dante Fowler for facemasking Dion Lewis. Almost ripped his head off

@brentasjax Fowler just kicked off the field for 2nd time in 5 minutes. 1st an unnecessary late face mask. This one for jawing w/Pats. Marrone not happy

This dude is like a baby.
@BenVolin

Right on cue, Bortles connects on a sideline fade to Robinson over Gilmore. Great 1-handed catch in traffic, plus PI on Gilmore
