I heard people are doing this to the Dems on the Jaguars Section, Sideline, All Sports Forum, and College Football Forums.

It's running rampant all over the board!!

It's a wonderful system where not only can a person become president with just 22% of the people voting for them, but it's also a system where a group of fewer than 600 people can just decided they don't like the person that was elected and simple choose someone else with basically no repercussions.

A lot fewer. Just 270 are needed.


 

In some states it's against the law for an elector from that state to vote otherwise. Of course that doesn't change the vote, it just makes the elector subject to punishment after the fact.


 

But this topic is moot. There won't be enough Senate votes to amend the Constitution. And very few presidents are elected with an actual majority these days. Hillary supporters are arguing for the largest plurality.

Electors are die hard party line folks. Chances of faithless electors is slim to none! Especially enough to change an election.

Political discussions are nowhere to be found in those sections, so I don't need to boycott them.
