Maybe Trump can stop the payment...I don't even know why it was given to them.  Did they do something for the USA?  Doubtful.

I meant to start a thread about this yesterday, but never got around to it.  $227 million of unnecessary and wasteful spending, especially the the $4 million for global warming climate change programs.
