As a person maturity is not an issue.

Quote:Honestly, having just re-watched all of his interceptions none of them are patently bad decisions. Just terrible throws. He had two to Lee where Lee was open but Bortles put it behind him. If those were on the numbers they would have been easy completions. Another to Robinson in the Ravens game needed a bit more air under it and it would have been perfectly over the top of the LB and under the DB.
Even the first pick against the Raiders could have been avoided with more accuracy. Throw that pass 3 to 4 yards deeper and it would have been one of those "incomplete or great play by the WR" type plays.
Quote:agree except that last one to lee. Not only was it a bad pass (a really bad pass) it was a horrifying decision to throw that ball. Bad decision AND a bad throw.

Quote:Methinks you are just making things up for the sake of making them up. Blake scored a 28 (average QB is 24). 28 is the same as Russell Wilson and higher than Carson Palmer. Vince scored a 16.

Quote:I just re-watched it and I don't think it was a bad decision just a very risky one compounded by a terrible pass. There was room to the outside there and Lee had the safety beat to the corner. But Bortles threw it too short allowing both the safety and the corner to cut underneath and get the pick.
Quote:we will have to agree to disagree.Because last season he did make that pass. And we praised him for taking those risks and letting his receivers make plays.
I think being very risky in the redzone early in the game is almost the same thing as "bad decision" especially when his arm talent sucks. I don't know why he thinks he can make that pass. either he is completely delusional about his arm talent, or it was a bad decision. Either way that pass should not have been thrown.

Quote:Decisions are made prior to execution.
You make the decision, good or bad, then you execute that decision, and the execution of your decision will also be either good or bad.
Quote:Do you have a link?? Where did you rewatch it at? They couldn't have shown all of his picks... Hell forget the picks his throws been soo bad our Wr, or the defenders cant get it ..Just the highlights on NFL.com and the coaches film on NFL Gamepass.

Quote:NYC, would you be angry about the bad decision if Lee caught that pass?Lee had absolutely zero chance to catch that pass because in addition to being a bad decision it was a horribly underthrown ball.
Quote:Here's the pick intended for Lee. He's got Benn open on the crossing route and Robinson in single coverage doing a comeback beyond the sticks. The reason I won't call it a patently bad decision is that if the ball was thrown as it should have been it would not have been intercepted. Compare that to last year when he threw multiple picks on good passes but to outright covered receivers. The pick-sixes to out routes were the most visible of these bad passes. He hasn't had any of those so far this year.
He just locked on Lee and never considered doing anything else regardless of what he saw from the secondary.
Bad decision.
