Quote:Just saw wentz beat blitz with a quick slant. Something bortles will never do

Bortles would lock in on the slant, double clutch, wind up, and either take a sack or throw a wobbler 5 yds off target. Then he would throw a tantrum on his way off the field, put a hat on his bald head and spin the football until we get the ball back.
Quote:Is there a way to ignore a user on this message board software?  I have been looking around and I don't see a way.  I can't look at this guy's posts any more.

Yes there is. Click on your username in the upper right corner. On the drop down menu, click Ignore Preferences. Then scroll down on the next screen to see the typing box for entering the username you want to ignore.
Quote:Nice watching the Cowboys-Eagles game.  Two rookie QB's that are clearly light years better than BB5 at this point.

Why can't we hit on draft picks like that?  Why have we just so absolutely dysfunctional for the past decade?

Carson Wentz has not thrown a single pass over 10 yards tonight, according to NBC. How is that light years better than Blake Bortles?

Well, for starters - Blake threw for 54 yards in the first half on Thursday.

Wentz just threw for 107 in the first half.

How can teams have Offensive productivity with their 4th string RB's, and we can't do squat with our first string? And I will say that despite records, and criticism of other starting QB's, they all look better than Bortles right now. I miss seeing our offense do "anything" special.
Wentz is so much better than Bortles and it's not even close.
Quote:You are worse than MJF.

A ton of people are on here giving you stats, video clips and reasonable reasons as to why Blake is struggling and yet you continue to deflect to something else.

You're a loser on a message board.

Truth!

More truth

And his tongue would be sticking out like a dog
Quote:LOL hahahahahahahahahahahaha

The Jags can't even find a good top 5 pick.

You people are hilarious.

Unintentional comedy level extremely high
This is why I'm an NFL fan first. For the most part, games are actually interesting. The Jaguars can't do anything to dissuade love of the game. It has been pretty easy to tell that we were screwed and wouldn't be a good team so it lessens the blow. There's a reason no one pays any attention to the Jags during a season. We're just the offseason hype bandwagon.

Bortles looked like that his rookie year. No tape on him. No years of bad coaching and no running game has taken its toll on Wince like it has on Bottles.

If only his release was half as fast as it takes him to put that cap on his head after 3 and outs..

Blake threw for over 330 yards on Thursday.

Two words: OFFENSIVE LINE.
Watching football today was refreshing.

The back and forth in some games made it interesting.

Yikes there were even teams that did things (like score) in the first quarter.

My team until Jacksonville got a team....was the Falcons.

Good on them for beating the cheesers.

Garbage time. It's freaking garbage time. They were down 27-0 at the half.

Throwing against prevent defense down 3+ scores doesn't make you good.

Pretty much this. In this day and age everyone is caught up in the #'s with fantasy leagues and thinking it equates to actually winning football games. One player's stats don't tell the story.
Quote:We look so incompetent compared to other teams. Even the Browns are a competitive team, they are beating the jets. I really dont think the Olson firing will do anything. I just hope Khan is smart enough to fire Gus instead of keeping him next year.
Sadly, this is true. My wife, who is by no means a football enthusiast, was watching a little football with me Sunday and made the comment about how much more professional the other teams seem compared to the Jags. That was an unbiased opinion, folks.
