School: Oklahoma. Natural glider with ability to play outside but could be moved to slot due to size concerns. Often found running in the clear thanks to strong double moves and weak competition. Evaluating Westbrook is challenging due to a lack of strong competition, but his separation quickness, second gear, and reliable hands are all translatable play traits that should turn into catches on the next level.

I think that's exactly what it is. They aren't anticipating being able to re-sign both Lee and Robinson after this year especially if they both show up and have strong seasons and they're going to hold the franchise tag to use on Blake if need be and not pick up the 5th year option on him.
Fast guy, but character concerns--and concerns about the talent he faced. Haven't been a fan of the past two picks.

Like you said... not sure how "bad" that makes him, but you aren't doing yourself any favors by shutting out future employers. If he can play football it doesn't sound like anything deal breaking, but certainly no boy scout.

The thing that stuck out to me here is his ability to improvise with a scrambling QB according to the earlier posted scouting report. I think that's one of the first times I recall seeing that listed as a strength in a report.
