Bad draft pick. By a bad GM who hired a terrible coach that hired Olson. This is why we suck. We make continuous horrible decisions as a franchise

Let him hit the beach bars extra hard this offseason. We need him to tank hard next year so we can draft Lamar Jackson.

Dude is ALWAYS there

Bortles had plenty of time in the pocket today. He had seconds to look downfield and often had no one open.  The times there was a window to throw in he either threw behind his receiver or over threw his receiver.  Just terrible today.  He should be on the bench!

 

Hurns/Robinson have not helped.  I often forget Hurns  is even playing during the game.  Hurns just has been shut down 99% of the year.  Robinson had developed butter fingers and hasn't had a breakout game all year.  If Bortles has 4+ seconds in the pocket and no one to throw too that is unacceptable.  Lee is the only good receiver on the team.

ARob sucked today...Hurns is not a problem...

 

Bortles is WAY SLOW in recognizing where to throw the ball and not that accurate.  Most to blame on BB.

Bortles may not be the guy. Can people deal with it?

Arob had a bad day.  Hurns was wide open on at least 3 plays where Bortles through into triple coverage.  Nothing was working on offense today.  The long Ivory run and the Ben completion were just dumb luck.

Agree!!! Bortles is on another level of SUCK and Arob has been the biggest disappointment this year. Burns is playing hurt so I will give him a break. Lee has been playing with Fire and I like what he has done hopefully he will keep on.


It's time for a coaching change, period....

He's the worst starting QB in football, that's not an hyperbole, it's a fact. He made the worst pass D in the NFL look like the 85 bears, the Jags are a playoff team with a competent QB

Really, what has Dave done with our first round picks?

If we had an alex Smith caliber QB we could be a playoff team.  Bortles should hit the pine and earn his starting position back.

Oh boy here we go.


He's regressed but he's not the worse starter, and he's not complete garbage either. We've seen what he can do when the offense is clicking and the coaches let him throw it, going full spread.


The fact is, it's a chicken and the egg problem. Is the regression a problem of the coaches? With proper staff on board can he go back to a decent QB? But we won't know until this staff is canned. And unfortunately we may not know until next year.

I have been saying this since last year.  He's about .500 on draft picks but supports an awful coach.  A real coach would make drastic changes instead of sticking with the same crap not working.  Olson should be handed a pink slip today to say the least.
