Might need to examine just how many starters were actually out there.
And - no.
Marrone and Hackett sandbagged with this offense so much last preseason that we all thought they’d be worthless. They weren’t - and we aren’t seeing the real deal yet.

Not particularly. For one thing, struggle is relative because you saw the best two defenses in the NFL. It would have been shocking if the Jags *had* walked up and down the field on them. The other thing is that the Jags offense did move the ball in the first two quarters. What bogged them down was their own mistakes (penalties) and the interception (in a regular season game with game planning and more tape study, that probably doesn't happen). They'll get that cleaned up before the regular season.
