Remember, impeachment is a political process that is undertaken to punish violations of public trust.
It is not, and never was, a legal process meant to punish violations of law.
However, if a public official has broken the law, it's hard to imagine trust not being violated also.
And to we have pretty credible testimony that Trump did break the law.
In general, an employer can be prosecuted for directing an employee to break the law.
When will it finally be enough for flim-flam man Paul Ryan to draw up the Articles and bring them to the floor?

I'm not sure but I wonder how much culpability Trump holds if he instructed Cohen to do something illegal. Ultimately, it's Cohen committing the crime, but I don't know if there's a loophole that includes conspiracy to commit campaign contribution offenses--which seems absurd to me. Maybe someone can clarify it for me but isn't this the same charge Sanders' campaign paid a $14,500 fine for?
It wasn't a campaign contribution. Don't take my word for it, take the word of the former chairman of the fec.

Moreover, choen is on tape saying that he made the determination to make the payments.

And ur right. Impeachment is a political process. If u think ur going to get 67 senators based on some fringe campaign finance violation (that usually results in a fine) then good luck with that.
Lol and Trump deflects by attacking the NFL in WV. Classic.
Fake guilty plea. Let's focus on the real issues like bringing back coal and asbestos.
We're any of the charges related to Russia collusion? Asking for a friend.

Of course not, they're related to a bookkeeping error. But it's "Ooga Booga TRUMP!!!!!!" so the Left and their gullible fools like some "moderate Republicans" here are all in a tizzy.
Mueller brought down John Gotti and the Gambino Family by prosecuting those associated with Gotti and ultimately getting to the squealers

Everyone knows how the game is played. There's just no evidence to suggest collusion, and the more information that comes out about the dossier, the more it becomes an apparent hit-piece.

I don't even believe Mueller thinks there's collusion at this point. I think he's just looking for something to pin on Trump. And if they look long enough at anyone, they'll find something.

Collusion (between his campaign and Russia) is just one possible thing that they might pin on Trump.

There's also the possibility that Trump obstructed the investigation into collusion, and the possibility that Trump obstructed the investigations into Cohen and Manafort.

Then there's a high likelihood that Cohen testimony is correct and that he committed an illegal act at Trump's direction. Think about that for a minute.  You knew you weren't electing a choir boy, but, even after the Access Hollywood tape came out, this man was accused of having an affair with a porn star while his wife was pregnant, and he used campaign funds to attempt to pay hush money to her.  You might say, "well we knew what we were getting.  He doesn't hide his problems." No.  He wasn't being honest with you.  For all the public scandals he already had, the two divorces, the many affairs, Trump was still hiding things from you the voter, and making illegal payments to do it.

Finally there's a possibility that Trump himself has been dishonest with his tax returns and his foreign bank accounts.
I have the best people.

Collusion isn't a crime, and there's been no evidence suggesting that it even happened.

Obstructed? How?

Like jj82284 said, Cohen is on tape making the decision to make those payments and how they're made. Unless there's another (which is possible with him), then I'm not sure where they'd go with it. Again, isn't this the same charge Bernie was only fined for? Maybe I'm wrong but that's what I was told. The other stuff you said is only there to further demonize him. I'm not sure the relevancy to this conversation.

They already have all his tax info, so if that's what they wanted to look at then they would've done it already.
I hope some of you people don't strain a lat or deltoid with all of this reaching you are doing.

Blaming the victim of a blackmail? Nice...

Hahahahaha

That’s hilarious right there. Is that an original joke? because it’s really good.
The sound and fury, signifying nothing. Manafort and Cohen are mere unfortunate pawns. This is Mueller’s last gasp. In a few weeks, after the left has collapsed in exhaustion from its final self-induced orgasmic spasm, Mueller will wrap up his investigation with the determination that no collusion occurred. Sorry guys. I guess it’s time to dust off the old antifa masks and commence to engage in some good ol’ fascist beat downs.

1.) That's not true (bolded above).  U haven't been following along.  The money in question was michael Cohen's private funds and Trump organization corporate funds.  That's why the former chairman of the federal election commission confirmed that these payments do not qualify as campaign contributions.

2.) 18 consecutive audits.

It blends beautifully with the delicious irony of a self described anti-fascist organization engaging in classic fascist tactics.

In their defense, none of them know what fascism is to begin with.
