Jags 17 Pats 13 with a 4th qtr TD winning it from 13-10 down.
A win for us depends on the coaching. We have the talent on field to do it, but if our play callers go conservative again, we’re doomed.
Jags 14
Pats 13

Yannick with two sacks.
4-3 Red Sox. Kimbrell gets the save.

It's a matter of IF the defense shows up and stays disciplined and IF the offense makes some plays.  If those two things happen I could see a win by more than 2 touchdowns for the Jaguars.  On the other hand IF either of those two pieces "tries" too hard and makes stupid mistakes/penalties, I could see this being a close game with the possibility of the Jaguars losing.

Either way, I thought the Jaguars were the better team in the AFCC game last season and I still think that they are the better team this season.

No one beats the Patriots big. If they start getting thumped the Refs move in to save them. I am so tired of every time that team wins there's a 'yea but'. I mean seriously, on the NFLs website they have the power rankings. When they talk about the Texans they mention how the booth didn't review the Gronk catch in time so the Pats got a play off. I know that's just as much on the Texans, but come on had that been the Jags the play would be being reviewed before it ever even happened.

I just hope we beat the living hell out of the Patriots, make it so no matter how much help the refs give them they still won't be able to overcome.
2017- Chiefs win by 15 but the game wasn't close.
2016- Bills win 16-0
2015- Dolphins win by 10 but game also not close.
2014- Chiefs win by 27.

It doesn't happen often but it does happen and seems to happen once a year.

No hate, just a little disappointed in her behavior. It’s not like she can win every golf round.
Jags 27
Patriots 17

Jag defense finishes game with 4 sacks and 2 interceptions. Brady gets knocked out of game in 2nd half and begins to think about retirement like Ben did after last year's game vs. Jags.
31-17 NE
No one game-plans like Belichick. We'll see a lot of short underneath slants to neutralize pass rush/TB getting hit and every conceivable pick play in the book.
To them this is just the next game on their schedule. Just a business trip.
Belicheck is a genius, I hate him (unless he was my coach).
Jaguars - 27
Patriots - 24

I think this will be the game where Hackett opens up the offense a little more and gets more creative. And I expect at least one trick play on special teams earlier on. We somehow find a way to win this game late and the MSM goes wild. Get ready for the wave of appreciation and praise after this win in the National Media. It's coming.
Jaguars - 41
Patriots - 17

I hope

If you want to get all technical about it.
Sad that so many Jags fans have to buy into the excuse of the Pats will only win because of the refs.

Weak.

It's 50/50. I think most fans are reasonable. You never want the game to be decided by the officiating. There was plenty of bad calls and missed calls in that game. And it wasn't JUST us fans griping about it. You had Boomer calling out the BS with the officiating during the half-time show on CBS. Max and Stephen went back and forth the day after about it as well on ESPN.

There was also another guy that went back and looked at their last four to six games and the officiating was extremely lopsided in New England's favor throughout that stretch. They screwed over HOU, BUF, PIT & NY with shady calls or TD's that were taken either away from them or clearly dropped TD's that were awarded to them.

But. BUT. With all that said.

3rd & 18. We had the nastiest front four in the NFL at that time. We had the highest graded secondary in the NFL at that time. An elite defense makes a stand there. They either end that [BLEEP] with a sack, deflection or turnover. And that's ultimately what matters. Enough with the what if's and what should have been's. It was 3rd and 18. Get off the field. Run out the clock. Punch your ticket to the Superbowl.

I just don't think our game planning can even come close to that of Belichick and crew. And, I think that Belichick gives a little extra effort knowing how close the last meeting was. Sorry. I really hope I'm wrong. Last week, we were playing scared again and almost gave Manning and OBJ/Engram/Barlkley a last minute chance to take the lead.
