Sign Kaep.

Might as well sign Tebow, they're the same guy.

At least we would get some respect from the league, players and fans. Thats more than Bortles has and will ever bring to the team (and Kaep also cant perform much worse than BB5).
Blake Bortles remains Jaguars starting QB

Blake Bortles remains the starting quarterback of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Coach Doug Marrone announced Monday he's sticking with Bortles over backup Cody Kessler.
I'm not surprised. Hopefully this will re-light the same fire lit when Henne started the third preseason game last season.

At this point, hope is all we have left.
It's amazing how quickly something becomes old news so quickly in this internet era we live in.

Nah man... Tebow is a good dude.
Kaep is a pipe dream of a train wreck.  If he had any interest in football he would have already signed.  The guy wasn't as good as people think and he lost his job to Blaine Gabbert.  Let that sink in.

Just for some crazy perspective....

I posted in a thread that Bortles has 6 4th Quarter comebacks and 7 game winnings drives entering his 5th year.

Tim Tebow (6 4th Quarter comebacks and 7 game winning drives with only 2 years of play)

Kaep from the PQB (Protesting QB position) has 9 game winning drives and 9 game winning drives with 4 seasons of play)

Of course it would be nice to not fall behind and need comebacks but that is how you win in the NFL.
Why not trade for RG3?

Ravens arent even using him. Im sure he is worth a 5th

a 5th?
Do you even Jaguar bro?

We don't have a 5th.

troll somewhere else with this RGme nonsense
I'm actually in favor of trading for RG3. We just need to use him to win the Divisional games, then use Blake Bortles for all the other games.
A little late, but I'm surprised they didn't go Kessler just because the offense actually seemed to function under him even with his lack of mobility. I figure they're giving Bortles one last shot to keep the job and if he's benched again, it'll be permanently.

I feel the same. I feel if he has a bad game in London then Kessler will take over after the bye week.

I honestly feel like Kessler should take over regardless.

There will be this false sense of security after the BYE considering the Jags play the Colts twice and the Bills after the break. I just think at this point, Kessler gives the Jags the best chance to win. Hopefully Blake balls out this Sunday and has the BYE week to work on whatever he needs then comes back ready to fly. I just don't see it happening.

I don't know if it is an accuracy thing or a velocity thing but the WRs seem to catch Kessler's ball better. It was like when he came in, they found their hands again.

It's a timing thing. Kessler throws the ball on time. Now Cole definitely should have caught a couple of those passes but Kessler throws the ball with timing and accuracy.
