If that tweet quoting Marrone is accurate, that is very telling. Good coaches don't put the heat on their QB, whether or not the call was the QB's. Doug will lose a locker room fast if he continues to lay his guys down in front of the bus.

Doug was covering for his best friend Hackett. After he threw hackett under the bus after the game. Yesterday he said that the call was to run the ball with thier best player meaning fornett. now he changes his mind. This slimey bologna eating its my fault but throw everyone under the bus coach needs to be gone. just look at the tape Bortels hands it off like he was told and walks to the bench because he was even smart enough to know that it wasnt going to work.
