Faking a hate crime should carry the same sentence as the crime that was faked!
This joker said race was a factor in his sentencing. No kidding dude. You literally made it all about race when you faked your hate crime which is what landed you in jail. Consequences follow actions. What a delusional idiot.

Absolutely. Whatever punishment two MAGA hat wearing perpetrators would have gotten for beating him up and putting a noose around his neck is exactly the punishment he should've gotten himself, if not more, for orchestrating the whole thing. I have a feeling it would have been a lot longer of a sentence for the two had it been a genuine assault.
He does have a hefty fine to pay. Maybe he can make some money in jail.
