If you want an early down thumper you can find them pretty easily in FA and late rounds.
Anything is better than having Myles Jack out there on running downs, whiffing on tackles.
Don't worry he'll be on running downs next year too, most likely missing tackles and making poor reads regardless of what alignment he's in.

I hope you're wrong, but I have a feeling you're right.
I'd have to go with Browm there
Yes Brown should be #1 on our board. Will need to get into top 5 to get him though, top 8 at very least

Denver, Atlanta, Detroit and Arizona all have needs at DT. Somehow, we're gonna probably have to jump these teams.

Detroit has tons of interior

They rank #24 against the rush this season.

Every team that was ahead of us last year needed a pass rusher and Allen still fell to us. All those teams listed above have a bunch of other needs as well. Evey year you say this guy wont be there or that guy wont be there and they always are
The only way Jags get Brown is if they lose out and somehow pick before the Lions, Cardinals and Falcons. As bad as this team is, they'll win at least one more game (maybe today) due to weak schedule. The next best target to me is Tristan Wirfs. He seems to have a very high ceiling. This would allow the new offensive line staff to try Cam at guard.
After today's games we are at #8 and #20

That doesn't mean they need a DT, rather a new DC and scheme adjustments.
Snacks, Ashawn Robinson, Hand is one of the best interior depth charts in the league + Flowers can also play inside and does.

This is also the Lions. They took 4 WR's in the first round in a 6 year span. Would you really put anything past them? Snacks Harrison is a good player, but Robinson is extremely overrated and Hand is a joke.

Yay! We're inching closer.

Yes the Lions with a completely different GM and decision maker. So that has no relevance to here.
What makes Robinson overrated? And how is Hand "a joke". He was one of the best rookies on the Dline last season.

Robinson is completely one dimensional. He does nothing against the pass and this year, Hand has done nothing. The Lions need an outside pass rusher, but unless Young falls to them, everyone else would be a reach.

Nobody has ever called Ashawn a good pass rusher in the NFL so I don't know how he's overrated. Hand has been injured for 90 % of the season after a great rookie season.
Look man it's okay to say you don't have an opinion on a player. It will prevent you from having as many awful takes

What is wrong with my opinion? A'Shawn is a one-dimensional player. I prefer my DT's to at least have some pass rush ability. Just because you disagree, doesn't make you right. People can have differences of opinions without you always thinking your opinion is the only one. I wouldn't have a one dimensional DT on my team. If you would, fine. That's your take, but it's not the only one.
None of our opinions are right.
That's why they're opinions and not facts.

I don't care about your Robinson take..you said Hand was a joke and didn't know he was injured all season.

I did, but you act like he had a great 2018 season. He only had 3 sacks. If the Lions are so confident in his abilities, why are they so desperate to find a new edge rusher? It's almost assured that they will take a DE in one of the first two rounds, if they don't address it in free agency.
