I think people need to view Minshew and what he is: a rookie QB who has played better than any other rookie QB in the franchise history or the league this year. Is he a finished product? No. However, I have more faith to coach up a 5 yard pass long-term than pinpoint passing downfield.

He missed one earlier this year, he should've already been cut. $1,000,000 dollar fine for the miss.
