[BLEEP]. I hope not.
So lets get this straight. The two guys with SB rings were the problem?

How all 3 have survived I'll never know.

Wallbash
Hopefully it's taking a long time to evaluate Wash from all the terrible calls/mistakes he made all season ...... otherwise, #becauseJaguars

You have to be kidding me? What is that going to resolve? Wait. I already know.

He's Marrone's scapegoat mid season 2020 when the team has gone to [BLEEP] against a tough AFC North & NFC North schedule.

I think Wash is loyal and he wants to reward him.
They've got to be trolling us with the Wash getting a promotion thing. He is the single worst coach on the staff except Warhop. Flip may not have been great, but he wasn't terrible, either. That defense doesn't work unless you have Sherman, Thomas, Chancellor, and Wagner. And we've never been close to that. Dude has got to go.

It may be good news. That may push enough fans to dump their tickets and force Khan to make a move.
Well, I think we all know Marrone has 1 year left to prove himself.  Best case, we make the playoffs and hopefully advance.  Worse case he does, well, what we’re unfortunately used to.  So prepare for the norm, hope for the best.  We’ve endeared many losing seasons together.  Seriously, what’s one more?
Here is a pretty good list of OC (and QB coach) candidates from Demetrius Harvey:

Good news is he commented again last night that the fact nothing was released by the team yesterday makes him skeptical what he heard was true, and that's why he didn't "report" anything directly since he wasn't sure.

I think it was Mike Kaye who floated the name Joe Brady last night. If that somehow manages to happen, hello next head coach.

Give up four 1st round picks for Joe Burrow too I guess?

Idk man. Joe Brady and Joe Burrow made it work in LSU last year and last night. It's a little too early to be rolling out the red carpet for the guy. He's 30 years old. Just now getting his feet wet as a coach. Let's see what he does in 2020 without Joe Burrow.

And likewise with Joe Burrow.

I'm not saying Burrow is bad by any means but next year will likely be a wakeup call when you start for the Bengals.

At least Burrow excels when pressured, the complete opposite for Tua.  With a healthy Green and Jonah William's the Bengals is going to be good along with a good draft

Well no one said anything about Tua but ok. A lot people like to talk about how Tua had all this elite talent around him but isn't that the same with Burrow?

Again, this isn't to say Burrow will be bad but if we are being honest, wouldn't you take the LSU offensive players over anyones in the country?

And if you are banking on AJ Green being healthy.... Yikes.

If ever there was a valid reason for a player to pull an Eli on draft day...

No guarantees A.J. Green is healthy. Even if he is, there's a very high chance he's healthy for someone else--the Bungles are in a youth movement and he's a 31-year-old UFA.

Fanboy note: I would love to see Green go to AZ and finish out his career alongside Larry Fitzgerald.

I get where you're coming from. The context was regarding Brady though. Not Burrow. They made it work together. But you're comparing a guy going from college as potentially the number one overall pick to a team that's going to be in a pretty stout division and is well known for being extremely cheap and unwilling to break the bank for quality players.

If anything. They'll take chances on head cases and hope for the best. Which 9 times out of 10 results in it backfiring on them with a sideshow distraction at some point. In Brady's case? I just feel it's personally too early to give him a shot already at the next level. Make him do it again at LSU with a freshman or transfer first. That's all I am saying.

1 year isn't enough IMHO. Same can happen for Burrow. He came out of nowhere last year. Haskins did the same exact thing at OSU, obviously, not as good as Burrow, but he wound up on a [BLEEP] team with an overbearing owner and Burrow is headed for roughly the same exact situation in April.
