Yes.  I definitely think we will do something like that.

We have so many draft picks, and there are so many good WRs in the draft.  Plus Marrone has stated he wants more playmakers.
You guys can dismiss Peter King's analysis as meaningless, because a player doesn't choose which round he is picked in. I understand.
The team chooses which round the player is picked in.
The stats that player gets- yards, catches, TDs, are also largely determined by the team. Was he on a good team with a good QB and other good receivers to distract defenders?
So sure, King's analysis doesn't answer the "are these good players?" question.
But it does answer "is this usually a good decision for the team?"
And the answer is, usually, no. Drafting a WR 1st round usually doesn't work out as well, for the team, as drafting one in the 2nd round. Makes sense. Using that 1st round pick on something more rare like a quality OT or DE or QB is a better choice.

There are some positions that unless there are no good players left at other positions they should never be taken in the first round, running back and wide receiver, in my mind, should only be taken in the first round when you're looking at Calvin Johnson or Larry Fitzgerald, or the big guys are all gone.
If we're taking a WR in the first round, I'd love it to be on a trade back to 12-14 and then pick up CeeDee Lamb or Jeudy.

Also says we will not take Tua if he falls to 9.

I am ok with this but a WR would be tempting, aslo it depends on what we receive in the trade and to what spot.
