Yep. Instead we take an undersized CB with speed to play a role [A.k.a Myrick from a few years ago] and another one trick pony at LB.

We need help on the offensive line. Linder has a history of not holding up for a full year. Biadasz would have been the better choice.

Bryce Hall at CB would have been a better choice. They're drafting role players / special teams players in RD4 when there's still guys on the board with starting potential and better overall production and performances coming out of school.

Quarterman is a run stopper/big tackler. I see him as Joe Schobert backup since Joe is a coverage guy and below average tackler.

I kind of agree with the fact that Quarterman could have been available in the 5th round.

They also paused when they announced the Hamilton pick as they rushed to Google him. It honestly seemed like they didn’t know who he was until they read the write-up on him then they laid into how bad of a pick it was.

Ah, like most of this boards opinions.

NH3...

Nice take, guys.  But why would we trust DC's evaluation over media figure evaluations when his track record is so spotty?  I don't get posters swooping to criticize fans trading opinions on an internet forum.

We should just [BLEEP] and accept every DC decision obviously...

I think there is also a rule that says you can't give your opinion unless you've watched the tape of 20 games of the player.

No one said that, either. On the same note, I just wouldn’t pretend that my opinion is based on watching 20 games and not just the highlights from BR.
Dolphins tried to trade for Fournette
Dolphins tried to get Fournette. Got Breida instead. Interesting. I'll credit Caldwell for sticking to his guns. If the compensation isn't fair then don't feel pressured to trade them away. You can't just GIVE guys like Ngakoue and Fournette away.

Do you know what the offer was?
So stoked about all these defensive weapons for Todd Wash. If anyone knows how to get the most out of players its Todd. Hope all these new kids are able to run a marathon because Wash's scheme will have them running over the whole field every play.

What's your opinion on the current assembly of the o-line? How do you like the depth?

That's my criticism. It's PATHETIC. Not only do I think the starting line is trash... imagine one or two injuries. Imagine Linder or Norwell both go down. You happy with this depth? You think this draft helped? That's my rift.

I'd rather have Breida than Fournette.

Saying that a player is bad just because you don't know his name and was not in your favorite mock draft is not a great opinion...

Ham sandwich I'd imagine
Trent Williams to the Niners for a 5th round this year and a 3rd next.

Damn near robbery.

Yep. But we got to keep our HIGH VALUE 3-7 rounders.

Depth on the OL across the entire league is terrible and any team that loses 2 starters is going to struggle on the line. Don't try and act like it'd only be a problem here.
were on the clock
Bryce Hall still available, guess all the GMs are as stupid as Caldwell for passing him up

I think it’s [BLEEP] and Caldwell is slacking on improving it. I would’ve grabbed another OL instead of Scott. It seems like he always ignores the OL.

I mean, thats a steal. It was 1st round mininum a few months ago, now a 5th and 3rd.

Again i ask why we misses this boat but also a warning sign for Yan and Fournette. We may WANT a 1st....
