Was it kicked low? Was it poor blocking?

Poor blocking, it happens and the Ravens are great at blocking kicks.

 

We should never have been in that situation in the first place.

#69 got pushed way back.

Some bum decided to suck, nothing new.

It may have been a little low, but the ravens were getting too much penetration all game, so I blame our line. Overall, Myers has been doing pretty good this season... so far.

The kick may have been low, but that kick was getting blocked regardless as Baltimore had several players in our backfield.

That happens to be 96 backwards. I forget his name, but #96 knocked it down.

 

It is not an excuse, but most blocked field goal attempts are longer than 50 yards.

That has nothing to do with the kick being blocked.

Longer kicks require a lower launch trajectory. It's science.

It does.

 

Depending on how far away you are, you have to kick lower to get enough power to make up for the distance. Since he got sacked, it put us in that situation and it was blocked.

JW is the smartest one on this board though.

Why is it that we ALWAYS find a way to lose?  It's plays that no other team would ever do....

 

Parnell missed his block, just went down for no reason and let the guy run right by him to get the block.

Yeah, it actually did. If your QB doesn't take a sack there, it's a shorter kick that would be a higher percentage kick.
