Quote:Got some news for you MJF....nobody annointed you to make the call as to who is and who isn't a fan of the Jaguars.
It's not only not your place.....It's not even funny anymore.
Hitting ignore button in 4,3,2....
So true I'm quoting it twice
Quote:You mean CB's?
I'm referring to last season.
Quote:They're bad. Should've lost, but won because Jaguars.
They won because the Jaguars made some mistakes, not because we are the Jaguars.
Quote:Nothing I hate more than someone saying "real" Jaguars fans. That's insulting and totally uncalled for. "Real" Jaguars fans post on the Jaguars message board. "Real" Jaguars fans watch the game, they root for the team, they also complain when the team loses, when the owner is too stubborn to make the necessary changes, when the team loses more games in the past 7 years than any other NFL team, when Gus Bradley loses more games during his tenure than any other HC.
And yes, "real" NFL fans can even decide to boycott the game if they so desire.
Real Jaguars fans care about everything that happens in a game, not just the final score.
Quote:Unless the Broncos are on.
They usually aren't on TV down here.
Quote:I'm referring to last season.
What about last season? We have two new starters at the CB position.

Logic is not your friend.
Quote:Logic is not your friend.
Why do you say that? I need logic.
Quote:Yes, losing sucks. A loss is always bad no matter what. If you think there was anything good about losing a third time in three weeks, you are not a Jaguars fan.
That said, it is very important to stop panicking and throwing in the towel. We have 13 games left to play. Also, unlike the Chargers game, we were not bad for 60 minutes and did some good things worth noting - like three takeaways, a long punt return, sacking Joe Flacco more than once, scoring two touchdowns, and winning a challenge. There was a lot to like in the second half. We could have won if Dante Fowler had not been flagged for jumping over the line.
Like the Packers game, this one could have been won late in the fourth quarter because for an extended period, we were the better team. Clearly the coaches made halftime adjustments that helped our offense. Chris Ivory could return to the game after getting hurt and, as many posters expected, did help our offense when he played. Don't get me wrong; I am as angry about losing as any other real Jaguars fan. I'm just totally against the idea that losing like we did today proves we suck. Remember, we have 13 more "prove-it" games.
I wish I could share the same optimism.
Quote:Other people not using the ignore function, that's what.
You have one of those too.
Quote:I wish I could share the same optimism.
that why we aren't real Jaguar fans, unlike her.
Quote:Or the Packers
I understand this one...at least Aaron Rodgers is hot.
Quote:You have one of those too.
It will get a little longer soon.

Don't complain about people not ignoring you if you won't ignore them. You're the one that doesn't want to get mad...
Quote:Ignoring me is the only thing that makes sense if you hate my posts. Obviously.
Mocking you is more fun, not so obviously.
Quote:Why?
Something to do until sweet death comes.
I'm positive this is another wasted season. I guess we'll see how much Khan wants to win based on who he hires next as head coach.
MJF, with all due respect, it seems like you aren't seeing the forest because you are focusing on the trees.
Even without seeing the Jaguars game against the Ravens yet, just knowing what has already transpired with the team before today, the final score, and reading a sample of the posts in this thread and elsewhere, the bigger picture of the Jaguars far outweighs any positives the team made today.
For the Jaguars to have lost in San Diego the way they did last week and not get a win today at home ( against a team that you underrated before the season ) despite the desperate team situation, something substantial likely needs to change with the Jaguars.
