Elevator down to the Division basement, we probably finish at a lackluster 5-11 (5-8 the rest of the way)

That said, it is very important to stop panicking and throwing in the towel. We have 13 games left to play. Also, unlike the Chargers game, we were not bad for 60 minutes and did some good things worth noting - like three takeaways, a long punt return, sacking Joe Flacco more than once, scoring two touchdowns, and winning a challenge. There was a lot to like in the second half. We could have won if Dante Fowler had not been flagged for jumping over the line.

 

Like the Packers game, this one could have been won late in the fourth quarter because for an extended period, we were the better team. Clearly the coaches made halftime adjustments that helped our offense. Chris Ivory could return to the game after getting hurt and, as many posters expected, did help our offense when he played. Don't get me wrong; I am as angry about losing as any other real Jaguars fan. I'm just totally against the idea that losing like we did today proves we suck. Remember, we have 13 more "prove-it" games.

The one positive is this is one game closer for us getting another Head Coach.

I came to this thread because I thought it was a joke...then I saw the OP...SMH

Anyone who read the OP knows what this thread is about: GOOD THINGS IN THE RAVENS GAME.

To say there were positives in this game, when going to 0-3, is akin to wrecking your car but hey, there's some positive news, the antennae is still intact.

I'd perhaps note positives if this team was in their first year in rebuild mode and not expected to win more than 3-4 games.

We're past looking for positives and feeling good about them. I'd rather look for the negatives while still winning. This is pathetic.

Actually, no one cares who started this thread. It could have been anyone and we would be ripping them. Why? Because we lost, again, in a game we should have won with a bad coach who should be fired.


It's not always about you but you always think it is.

There is no reason to expect all 13 games to be like the Chargers game. That was garbage, but two out of three were not.
