Peaked week one it maybe all downhill from here until some seeded team ruins our shot at first overall. Really though if current front office and coaches are involved what difference will it make.
Do we know what the philosophy is with either front office or coaches. Do we just draft whatever the analytics say or is there a really plan?

Its gonna happen this year brother. Complete reset... he is going to blow the whole thing up and start fresh. Khan is loyal to a fault, but even he knows that it can't go on like this any longer.
unforttanttly no one will be fired even at end of the year. Khan will give some lame excause like coaches couldn't spend enough time with players to improve them.
Moot point.
They're all half-packed and selling houses.
Reason he won't fire is he may no longer have that authority.
What I can''t understand, if my job is on the line why stay with a losing hand.
Wade Phillips is available, and is a defensive genius. His strength is a 3-4 which fits our current teams makeup. FYI, he worked with a young player named Von Miller. Think Josh Allen would benefit???????
Shad ... where are you ?????

They can't change the scheme midseason.

Probably right. He has the statement already written from the past 2 seasons, just add covid to it.

The house was on the market in 2018, I doubt he was even still living in it at this point.

Kahn ain't gonna do diddly squat. It's like he in love with Caldwell and maronne. They gonna be here next season. He gonna preach patience.
I think the house-cleaning is coming up for Marrone and DC - and I will stick to my opinion like I have suggested in other threads regarding this.
I'll gladly take the crow if I'm wrong, but I doubt it will end up like that.
I think he sees the iceberg.

Its coming. The 2021 off-season is too important to have a lame duck GM making decisions on a future he will not be part of if they just run out his contract. The options after the season are a) fire Caldwell, or b) extend him. Option "B" is inconceivable. There is a maximum of 10 more games to endure with this regime.
This statement is a slap in the face for anyone who cares for this team. Marrone has already explained how desperate the coaching staff is, talking about all the things they tried and failed at. And now, he is basically saying idc if we loose by 50 very game, Wash stays on board, because he is my buddy. Reason enough to fire him right now...
We need a house sale watch thread. Anyone have leads on Marrones property?
With our schedule being changed, we are on a bye after the Chargers.
It's either then, end of the season or they get another year.

At this point you might as well tank and offer the new staff the highest pick possible. You’re not going to salvage this season by rushing folks out the door, so might as well use them to continue tanking.
That and their contract ends the end of the season.
