No no, I mean they LITERALLY can't tolerate that!  Their entire platform is built on the idea that a baby isn't a baby.  A man isn't a man, a woman isn't a woman.  Anything you don't like is racist, xenophobic homophobic good time rock and roll misogyny.  That ideology can't withstand the arena of ideas, so the left is hell bent on making sure that any dissenting opinion doesn't see the light of day.  

As to the both sides farce, the right (generally) thinks the left has bad ideas.  The Left (generally) thinks that the right are bad PEOPLE.  That's why the left is comfortable invalidating the rights and basic status of those who we disagree with.  It's not that you think a fetus has value, its that you're oppressing women.  You don't believe in merit or markets you're advocating white supremacy etc.  The left doesn't want commonality, that' why they attack the founding of the country and the low resolution narrative that is supposed to unite us. They want a radical revolution that will bring them to party over a defacto one party super state that used to be the United States of America.

I don't disagree, but, I think you're losing focus.
Congress doesn't debate which people are good or bad. Ever.
They sometimes debate which ideas are good or bad.  Rarely.  And never sincerely.
Instead, they debate what the law should say, what taxes and spending should be, etc.
If your candidates aren't winning votes, those things might not shake out the way you like, but it's not as if you're being oppressed.

I was born in the 80's... I'm old enough to remember when the Women's march openly bragged on Twitter that they were going to "Swarm the Capitol." They said it openly, loudly, used Social Media to recruit supporters. Then, as promised they went in and took over the capitol. Two rioters trapped Jeff Flake in an Elevator and screamed at him to withhold his vote to send Kavanaugh's nomination out of committee.

These same people chasing us from the public square still promote and vibe with the leadership of that march. Who got banned? Who went to jail? The biggest difference is that they just didn't meet any resistance.

Weird..

Fascism is an ideology that proposes a revolution to replace a capitalist republic with something more centralized and unified in purpose. In this way it's just like communism. It's just that fascism makes its appeal to the class that owns the land and the factories, proposing that they get to keep what they have and lead the government, while communism makes its pitch to the workers, saying that they'll get to take what the owners have and then lead the government. Both of them devolve into just one guy leading the government, with all of his rivals for power dead.
