Quote:The moment where Odrik became my favorite player.

Quote:To be honest, I liked it. Not that he couldn't control it around the ref, but on the sideline. We finally have players who are fed up and done with the joke being called a football team Gus keeps putting out there.

This game sealed Gus' fate. Unless we somehow win out lol

I enjoyed every bit of it. It even fired me up. My girl said "bout time, I thought they enjoyed losing"
I liked it. I wanted him to knock out one of the refs, damn puppets. I don't care anymore
I was trying to read his lips. It appears he was saying "I don't care who is looking at me"

Then he said "how come nobody will look at me and tell me what I did"
There's a time and a place for losing it. Clearly, this was such a time. Odrick's a pretty cool guy too. I'm a fan.

The tecmo bowl Bo Jackson Kia commercial is the wins!

Someone want to kindly make a video of this if possible? It will be a hit on the Webz!

There's sure to be a perfect screamo soundtrack.

I see players slightly move like that all the time, it shouldn't have been called, he didn't even get into the neutral zone and I don't think anyone on their side jumped because of it. Just another in a long line of [BLEEP] calls. I know our team is garbage so it doesn't really affect the outcomes but the referees seriously don't like us for some reason. I literally stopped watching last year about 8 games in - football is turning into basketball in that the refs have too much control of the outcome. Ill just get back to watching video games for competition.

It also looked like he said "what the _ am I even doing here"
I like Odrick off and on the field. I didn't get to see the game, of course, but I'm glad He finally had it. After being the only D player to get a sack last week, the poor officiating, the poor coaching, who can blame him?

People keep saying we have a bad team/players. The thing is we don't. We have some scrub players but we also have a league who seems to hate us and coaches, mainly the HC, who isn't fit for the job. I've been a careful supporter of Gus, hoping he could get this team going, but it's clear he is not head coach material and if Khan fired him tomorrow morning I wouldn't be upset. Odrick and the rest of the team deserve better.

I agree 100% with this.
I absolutely loved it. Bortles got mad too, which was also great. Probably going to order an Odrick jersey here shortly.

The meltdown needed to happen.
Having a fit doesn't win us games unfortunately. Wanting to win isn't enough, you have to know how to win. We certainly haven't figured that out yet.
Quote:I actually thought it refreshing to see a little emotion out of a player. I'm not so much concerned with his display of emotion as much as I am seeing the Jaguars have over a dozen penalties, many of which killed offensive drive or else kept the defense on the field.

I can see your point. Call me cynical, but I thought the outburst was over the top and was more a sign of a player and team that was being outclassed in every facet of the game. He wouldn't have had that meltdown if the game was still in hand.

That type of outburst was uncalled for and showed a lack of discipline, in my opinion. Lack of discipline falls on the coach. And I think most here know how I feel about that.

Could I be blowing this outburst out of proportion? Possibly. But I prefer them to take the beat down like professionals. I get that some may like the show of emotion. I just wonder where all that fire and passion was while the game was still in question...

When everyone, especially your coaching staff, is blatantly knee-capping you you're going to lose it at some point. The good thing is it happened early in the season and might force some changes. The scary thing is it happened this early in the season and if no changes are made we are in for a long craptastic season. The kind that loses fans and players become apathetic.
That's a scary dude. The kind that you don't want to come across in an alley... Unless you are Melvin Gordon.

I liked the out burst. I think it was a clear sign of him being absolutely fed up with the bull **** calls the refs have been giving us for 2 weeks now. The high amount of bogus calls on us and non calls on the opposing team.

Our DL and OL, literally get called for offsides, or holding if they sneezed too loud. Yet the opposing teams didn't get called for anything in the trenches, the past 2 weeks?

The Packers and Chargers were allowed to play very tight coverage all game long and never got called. Whenever we played tight coverage, we literally got flagged for holding, or PI every single time it seemed.

The Chargers had 3 penalties for 23 yards. We had 14 for 90+ yards. Complete biased bull ****.
I'm sure the no-calls from Green Bay with the same officiating group contributed to the outburst directed at the refs.

Someone needed to show some fire.
