vs Denver - W. We get a win at home against Teddy Bridgewater and the Broncos.
vs Cardinals - L. The Cardinals are the better team.
@ Bengals - L. They're just further in their rebuilding process than we are.
vs Titans - L. They're a playoff team. We're not.
vs Dolphins - L. They have a shot at the playoffs, we don't.
@ Seahawks - L. Yeah, this is a rough stretch.
vs Bills - L. How'd we get such a tough schedule winning one game last year?
@ Colts  - L. Will Wentz be playing? He gets injured a lot.
vs 49ers - L. As long as the injury bug doesn't bite them, they should be doing much better.
vs Falcons - L. It'll be a close one, but still absolutely miserable.
@ Rams - L. Do we ever win on the west coast?
@ Titans - L. Again, they're a playoff contender.
vs Texans - W. First game is a fluke.
@ Jets - W. In the Rookie Bowl, Lawrence gives us something to look forward to in the future.
@ Patriots - W. In Rookie Bowl II, we edge the Patriots in our second away win in a row.
vs Colts - W. We end the season with a 4 game winning streak, giving us all something to look forward to next season.

Final Record: 5-12
End up with pick around #10 of the Draft.

Damn! I didn't look at the schedule before posting. I would not be surprised if they only win 2-3 games this season.

Really?

Both Texans games are4 winnable, Jets, Bengals, Cardinals, Broncos, Falcons, Pats, Dolphins, Even spitting games between the Colts/Titans is likely.   I would be shocked if we win less than 6 games.
5 with the way we have looked and the moves made. Wanted 6 to 7 but don't have enough faith in the HC or GM till they show otherwise.

Depends mostly on Trevor and the O-line imo.

Texans still have Watson, but maybe we win one.
Bengals maybe, I'd bet on them to win though. They beat us last year.
Cardinals? no way we beat them.
Falcons, we better beat these guys.
Broncos lol Chubb and Miller vs Robinson and Taylor.
Pats are underrated imo, no, I don't think they will make the playoffs but they will improve. BB vs Meyer.
Dolphins? no way in hell we beat them
Titans? not gonna happen
Colts? maybe we win one if their QB sucks (whoever that is since Wentz always misses some games)

Watson isn’t playing for the Texans ever again dude.

They will be starting Tyrod or Davis Mills. They have the WORST roster in the NFL. If Urban loses to then week 1, he should be fired on the spot. The Texans are that bad.

I thought he played in the preseason and since no one is gonna trade for him with that legal situation.

Anyway, then yes, we should win those 2 games. They should also have a chance vs Falcons, Jets, 1 Colts game, Bengals and Denver but I don't see them winning all of those.
6 and 11

I'll take it!

I agree - I would take this also!  For those that don't want to follow the link or like me are at work and for some reason are blocked from certain sites (thankfully not this message board....yet), ESPN simulated the entire season and has us starting 4-1 and finishing 9-8 and making the playoffs as a wild card.  They also have us beating the Colts in the 1st round before losing to the Bills.
5-6 wins
I was really hoping for at least 6 wins this year, but the Etienne injury has me doubting that we can reach that mark.
I'd say 6-11. We should beat the Texans twice, Falcons, split the 1st two home games (Denver and Arizona), Jets and Colts in the season finale. Winning 5 more games than last season would be a successful 1st year for the new regime.
I’m over here just happy we don’t have to play against Peyton Manning twice a year. And now that Watson is out of Texas, I’m even happier. We still have to see Henry, and we will make sure he gets to the top 5 all time in rushing yards. When I first saw the Patriots on the schedule I was like dang Tom Bra....oh never mind, we’re good. Glad we don’t have to worry about him hanging 50 on the Jags in the AFC anymore.

If we can just stop Henry who knows what could happen.

I don’t know, maybe 4 wins.
I am entering this season with ZERO expectations. ANY win will be cake to me. I will celebrate it by proclaiming "we may never lose again !" all week until we play the next game. That said it feels like a 3 to 4 win team to me. Which games? Who knows, who cares, I would guess 2 games we all think are winnable and one or two that surprises all of us.

taking with a few grains of salt. I still say that youth and inexperience will end up giving away a few of those 9 wins.

If we do manage to get there, that will be awesome, but no way I am setting this season's expectation anywhere near that high.

So you think the floor for this team is 6 wins? That's amazing, I wish i was that optimistic. So what's your ceiling? Top seed in the afc?
Trevor has first loseing season as a starting qb, but at same time it will be a win for the jags.   7-10 will be the record this season.
I have no confidence in our offensive line, so I'm very concerned about TL staying healthy all season. I'm guessing 4 wins.

That makes two of us.
I'd say 4 wins is attainable. The OL is still average on it's best day. If I am wrong and the OL plays well, 6 wins would be a step in the right direction. Next offseason, do what I've hoped they'd do season after season, FIX THE OL, then you can talk about double digit wins.
