I was huge into Final Fantasy 11 online for about 10 years, so I love a good grind. 14 seems pretty meh.

I had a blast with Elden Ring. Was my first time playing a Dark Souls game. After 2 run throughs I was bored.

Currently just play warzone if some friends are on, if not I'll solo some in zombies, work towards unlocking some camos while running contracts

MMO'
s are hit or miss for me. I gave Final Fantasy Online a whirl. Couldn't get into it. Which is odd because I grew up on the Final Fantasy series in general. Would like to see a Final Fantasy Tactics or Vagrant Story reboot because it ties Ivalice together which is a good world I appreciated from the Final Fantasy universe. I think Ivalice is in Final Fantasy XI or XII. I cannot remember.

I have Elden Ring. It was pretty fun. I hear you on ESO though. I sometimes fear getting burned out as well on there so I'll just mix it up off and on with different characters, builds and try targeting the daily and weekly endeavors to rack up points for some hopefully decent rewards for purchase in the crown store down the road.

Might start playing Tactics Ogre Reborn though to break it up a little. Got it on a good deal with the PS Store not too long ago. I had it on my PSP but it should be more fun to play I would think on the PS5.

Started with Neverwinter's night then got into beta testing, play most all of them. Still occasionally play DAOC or Ultima Online. They experienced a small revival during covid.

If I could have any MMO revived, without a doubt, it would be Everquest Online Adventures (EQOA) from the PS2 era. That was really my first experience with an MMORPG. Everything about it from top, down was perfect. The social aspect of it was great, the friend and guild system was great, the mechanics overall were really good for it's time and the expansion pack they added was solid.

It's a shame Sony didn't keep it going. I can understand though, because, at that time, Everquest was mostly the PC's crown jewel for that genre, but, Blizzard would come along and absolutely transcend the genre completely with World of Warcraft. I tried dabbling with that for awhile.

Once I got about half way into the Wrath of the Lich King, I was officially burned out. Being young and just starting a career with a desk job didn't help. Pretty much shot my desire to sit at a desk all day and game while working all day at a desk. Just couldn't stomach it from that point on.

ESO is about as close as it gets for me to EQOA. However, if Blizzard ever decided to transition World of Warcraft over into a console format? I would be 1,000% down and invested into it from my couch on my big [BLEEP] TV screen in my living room. Would play it to death more than likely.

It is a small world.  I was a alpha and beta tester of Everquest.  LOL   Testing was aside hustle I had while raising 3 kids. Can you imagine getting free account and paid to try to break things and find bugs?

That sounds awesome! Myself along with my Dad and my younger brother all played it in each room separately. Our youngest brother ended up joining in at one point with World of Warcraft. We were probably paying close to $100 per month just for the subscription fees.

Lots of bugs were fun to mess around with. I think it was EQOA that accidentally simulated what would be a "viral pandemic". At the time, there was a disease you could get in the game that would proc DOT and it ended up spreading onto new players that would cause constant instant death because you had veterans moving from town to town.

EQOA had something like that and then I think World of Warcraft became famous for it with the Corrupted Blood Incident.

Oh, just before you report a bug doesn't mean they fix it  ...   LOL    Last I checked WOW had not fixed a couple of my bugs....
College football 25. Anyone else playing it? I'd be down to do a dynasty with some people if there is interest. I know you can play cross platform on the game, just not sure about dynasty mode. I play on ps5.

I'm currently playing fantasy sports game on BatBall11 fantasy sports app. It gives free giveaways and exiting pricing..
Installed Skyrim after not playing it for a few years.   There is a mod installer called Nolvus...Game truly looks next gen.

Skyrim is still fantastic to play. I own a copy of this game on my PC, Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 & PS5. That's how much I have enjoyed playing this game over the years. The modding community is top notch.

I am mostly playing The Elder Scrolls Online at the moment. It's not the same, but, I can appreciate the robust amount of effort put into their product. It's a nice standalone MMORPG with plenty to do and work on.
Madden 25 with mods doesn't suck.

Actually pretty immersive as an offline franchise title with the Myfranchise tool for league management.

I'm ok with it.
I been playing wwe2k25 lately, and im very very very stick in my rise mode. unfortunately i can't find anyone who has same game on ps4 that could, and would be willing to help me do  a impossible objective.
