Word has it Baalke will retain his title of GM but will be reporting directly to the Mailroom Clerk.

If so, we can expect to hear salacious leaked stories about the Mailroom Clerk next year. Littlefinger lives.

I guess if you’re going to have three cooks working in your kitchen, it takes awhile to figure out who gets to toss the salad,

I think it's a matter of who gets to toss who's salad. LOL

Old news to most of us but seems it’s been spoken about around the league now

Personally still think he made the right decision why become a head coach if you know the structure won’t work
Coaches dont want to work with balkie, so jags sat let's force it!

That's not a mistake, he made the correct choice.

My admiration of Byron is up, even more, he didn't put his desire to be a HC over taking a position where he knew it would be toxic.
Byron is too good for this owner and this franchise.

I do think it was a mistake, and here is why: Baalke has a bad track record at this point. Everyone would take Byron side in every issue. It’s highly unlikely Baalke would have any power to fire him.

That is incorrect. Everyone doesn't take the side of Leftwitch. My dad said jags are better off without Leftwitch cause hes not a team player when hes looking to fire his boss. its like us saying we want to fire our parents, and don't want them as our parents anymore.  so not everyone is on the side of Leftwitch.

Yeah, the report that he would want to bring in Adrian to supplant Baalke before he even took his first interview is the very reason I started to like the idea of him as HC.  It made me start believing he really had a plan in place, and it was just bonus that it didn't include Baalke.

Once again, and I know I'm talking to a brick wall so I don't know why I'm doing this, your dad's argument doesn't make any sense.  Until Leftwich actually takes the job, Baalke is NOT his boss and never has been.  So please, have your dad explain to all of us how on earth refusing to work with a known snake is anything at all like firing your parents.  Or don't, because there is no explanation that would work.

Agreed.
Shad you have a very brief amount of time left to do the right thing.
