Oh 100%
My guess is Hutch at 1, WR in round 2 and then a tackle somewhere with one of the next 3 picks.
I think trading down becomes more of an option too.

I’m thinking Jamari Salyer. He can start at guard and maybe develop into an NFL tackle.
I just don't wanna put a guy who is just 6'3" at OT. Guys that short usually don't fare well on the outside. With that said, I'd
love to draft Salyer as an OG. I believe this guy can be absolutely dominant on the inside.

Good news. Now I can rest easy. Looks like we may actually draft the BAP at #1 overall (Hutchinson.)
I would not rule out trading back, either.
With Seattle in the top 10 with a bunch of picks and in need of a QB, that could be the start of a bidding war.

How about we trade the #1 overall pick and our 4th round pick to the Seahawks for the #9 overall pick that Seattle gets from Denver and D.K. Metcalf? I'll throw Jawaan Taylor into the deal for good measure.
Imagine if we could trade for Metcalf, re-sign Chark and draft Jahan Dotson? Maybe I'm dreaming, but that would be an exciting offense.
Good deal with Cam coming back. I like this move. Hopefully they can now focus on DE, WR, and TE in April.

I am channelling Sam Kinison's Prof. Turgeson from "Back to School": "Good answer....good answer. I like the way you think."
Jags need to stack the offensive line with good players. Need wrs also

That would be really dumb for Seattle but I hope they do it.
Best thing for Seattle is to be really bad this season, draft Stroud or Bryce next year and then load up the rest of the roster with those picks.

No way no D.K. Metcalf is worth the drop from #1 to #9 overall.

I'd take that deal in a heartbeat. We could end up with Metcalf and possibly a Center like Tyler Linderbaum as well at #9.
As much as I'd like Metcalf I want Hutch opposite Allen. I hope we are able to get Cooper

You said the same things about Rashawn Slater last year. You thought he was too small/short to play OT and wanted nothing to do with him. All he did was continue to show how good he is by being the best rookie OT this past season. He was 2nd team All-Pro at LT behind Trent Williams.
Granted Slater was a much better prospect coming out, but size isn't always everything. If you can play, you can play.
I really hope we can resign Chark

I'd take that trade, but I doubt the Seahawks would. There would still be some great options at pick 9. Would be very happy with either Ojabo or Karlaftis. They get a top 10 receiver plus a very good pass rusher to pass on Hutchinson.
Another possibility is trading back 1 spot to Detroit. I expect Thibodeaux to drop due to his antics at the combine and you know the Lions would love to have Hutchinson. I would do this for picks 2 and 34. Still not sure who I'd take with pick 2, but the candidates would be Thibodeaux, Ekwanu, Gardner and Neal. However, if the Jaguars really love Hutchinson by a good margin over anyone else it will be hard to make that trade.

Especially when Lockett is the better WR anyways.

You were doing so well until you said Linderbaum at 9. If you would have just said something like Walker or London...

Everyone thought Slater was a stone cold killer at LT, except for the short arms...and most people still really liked him at LT anyway. Hardly anyone thinks Salyer is a long term OT. This is more analgous to Jackson Carman from last year.

Walker isn't lasting until the #9 pick. Linderbaum is the best O-Lineman in this draft.
Maybe I'm wrong about Salyer. Maybe he can be a good LT. I'm just saying I prefer my OT's to be 6'4" or taller. I was wrong about Slater. He looked really good at LT, although I still believe he could be an All-Pro OG.
Good Lord, don't mention Jackson Carman. That's a sore subject here in the Cincinnati area.

If I trade back to #2, I'm taking the BAP, "Sauce" Gardner. No question.

Personally, I would take Jermaine Johnson ahead of Thibodeaux, Ojabo or Karlaftis.

Trading back would be whats best for the team. To be honest I am not really sold on anyone at 1 overall. IF we can trade down into the top 10 and pick up more picks, I am sold.
Feel like we're gonna end up with a very similar team to last year plus draft picks. Obviously still a chance we get someone in FA but everyone has a good chunk of money.
