I’m really appreciating watching The Open.  I don’t have to endure some [BLEEP] idiot yelling out something ridiculous anytime that a player hits a shot.
Mashed potatoes!!
Tiger can’t hang with the young guys anymore but the PGA throws so much PIP money at him that he doesn’t need to compete.
I have to wonder if Rory McIlroy is still feeling the psychological effects of what happened on the last 2 holes at the US Open.
Look at those leading scores on the final round. You know that's a brutal course.
This Black Desert Championship PGA tournament has some of the most breathtaking views of any golf course I’ve seen on TV.
This kid out of FSU, Luke Clanton, is a shoo-in for the tour. He's got serious game.

Yea, I was pulling for him yesterday. Maverick McNealy is also a good story. Seems like a nice kid and won his first tour event.
Charlie Woods just stroked a hole-in-one on a 153 yarder in the PNC Championship.

This just brings the quality of the game back to what it was pre-LIV.  With LIV players off LIVing, we now have 30-odd PGA players that would not ordinarily be good enough to make it.

So essentially, we have 30-odd guys on the PGA Tour that ordinarily wouldn't be good enough to be there.

Will it impact talent.  No, players good enough will rise to the top 100.

Talent will be impacted if the number of players is decreased and the ability to earn a spot in a tournament with Monday qualifiers is eliminated. If gaining access to the PGA tour becomes too onerous, up and coming golfers will seek another avenue to compete, like LIV.

Does LIV have a feeder league like the PGA has with the Korn Ferry Tour?

Not that I know of.
Anyone watch TGL golf last night? It’s entertaining but I question it’s viability for long term success.
I watched it. It had me intrigued. I'll definitely watch again. Hopefully we get some better matches going forward that creates more buzz and use of the hammer. Ludwig was just dominating and the Bay team just pulled away with it so the actual competition was meh.
I'm watching an old Wonderful World of Golf match from the mid 60s on the Golf Channel. Two things really stand out. One is how much more pure greens are today. The other is how much wrist action these guys used in their putts. It looks awful.
