Sorry to read this. Weiskopf was one of the best of his era. He must have fought it pretty well. Pancreatic usually gets you quick.

Real interesting. It might allow golfers to actually work from home.

I've played on simulators before.  They're fun once in a while (when it's raining or up north in the winter) but putting is the one part that can't realistically be done electronically.

That’s what she said.

Sounds like a hastily concocted idea in response to LIV using the Tiger brand to help conceal the crapiness of it.

Generationally, I can understand this. I never thought anyone would even care to watch a golf tournament where players compete on a simulator until I started exploring the channels on my Roku TV and found multiple gaming channels. People watching a channel where people are playing video games, with blow by blow commentary. It all makes sense to me now.
Jordan Spieth is frustrating to watch. It’s almost guaranteed he’ll follow a great hole with a wild tee shot.

Right on cue!  Tied for the lead in the final round, with 3 holes to play, and hits a wild slice into the water on 16.  But the worst thing he is doing lately is missing make-able putts on the closing holes.  I don't know what's wrong with the guy, but he hasn't been the same since his meltdown at the Masters a few years ago.

Man, the Golf Channel is going hard trying to stir up some LIV drama. The problem is the LIV players are saying they were greeted with camaraderie by the PGA players. Although, I will concede Phil probably isn't being regarded with warmth by some. But still, media always trying to stir [BLEEP] up.
My friend lives a few minutes from Grand Sierra Resort in Nevada so I placed a few $20 bets to win The Masters.  Just kind of randomly pick five guys to win.

Scottie Scheffler
Jordan Spieth
Justin Thomas
Max Homa
Keegan Bradley

I'm pulling for Bradley.  That one would pat $4020.   Big Grin
Augusta National dodged a huge bullet yesterday. That could have been tragically catastrophic in human and financial costs. I'm sure club leadership is walking on eggshells until the crowds are gone and they can do a survey of the grounds. Not only for safety measures, but to assuage the insurance providers who I'm sure are bouncing off the walls right now.

Good luck.

I'm projected to win some dough on a fantasy golf group on this one.
I selected Morikawa, Day, Hovland, Burns, Homa, and Power.
All made the cut and 3 are in contention.

It's especially unnerving for those of us who spend more time in the trees than an arborist.

Hey, a recently divorced hottie just moved in next door, and I can see into her hot tub from up here.  Pay no attention to what the other paw is doing.
