Makes you almost miss the times where JW would enter the thread after a game like this and say the reason the Jags lost is because it was raining and cats don’t like water.

My favorites were when should act like she could not grasp sarcasm because she had Asperger’s. She would take the dumbest stuff literally and it was [BLEEP] hilarious. Between FBT and NYC that crazy cat lady would get her [BLEEP] reamed on a weekly basis lmao.

Poster: Trevor had butterfingers today.  He did a great job fumbling.

JW: he would not have had butter on his fingers before a game, he likely would have washed his hands. And it was not a great job since a fumble is a negative play for an offense.

Absolutely.  He was looking like Steve Hutchinson out there.  Very rare for an interior lineman on either side of the ball to just jump off the TV screen like that.
All right, admittedly, I was overemotional about last week's loss. After opening it up 14-0, I was excited for another win over a strong team, and it was difficult to watch that completely erode due to unforced errors. It's also frustrating that our team kinda sucks at the 2 minute drill. 2 chances so far this season and both ended in turnovers.

That said, every QB has bad games and every team loses. The Jags are ranked with the top teams in the league right now in most metrics, and that's more than any of us expected.

This is exactly how I felt. After it went 14-0 I was floating.

At least you kept life interesting for us on the board for 2 days Smile
Nevermind. I was right. This team sucks.

This defense don’t suck.
I think the run D is a problem.

haha gosh this brings back good memories from the old board. Everyone tunnelvisioned on the ridiculous things TMD spouted, JW taking EVERYTHING literally, Dakota cracking jokes with his scooby doo avatar.
It was disappointing to lose at home on alumni weekend to an inferior team. This game offers a teaching moment to the young players on the roster that this is the NFL and if you do not bring your A game then you are likely to lose the game as a result.
