I'm all for it.

It was cool to see Cam step up a bit as a leader to a degree this year and all, but the play on the field just doesn't justify his salary.

Agreed, if for whatever reason we cant trade Cam or keep Taylor, if Cam is a true leader and will do whats best for this team and really wants to stay here he should move to RT.  He shouldn't complain about it if our coaching staff thinks that will benefit the oline the most.  He would still be getting paid the same.  He needs to learn from Tyron Smith and Jason Peters who are both potential HOF's and have played LT, RT, and G this year to do whats best for the team.

If anyone is going to motivate a guy like that to make a team first decision, it's Doug Pederson.
If he's asked by this staff to change spots and refuses, I don't want him here.
The tackle situation is a HUGE story this offseason because so many other moves will hinge on how they eventually solve the issue and lock in two starter$.

Agreed, even if say we draft a RT ealy and he has a great camp and this staff asks him to play LG.  He should do whatever is best for this team and if not I don't want him like you say.  We don't need anyone like that

Cam just could be a beast at LG
After getting worked by chiefs dline, not sure what to do about oline

There were one or 2 plays by Little.  For the most part it was the interior getting destroyed.  Especially Scherff
I'm hopeful that Cam will be willing to play right tackle.  As long as he is with the Jaguars, he gets paid the same.  If he's thinking post-Jaguars, he has plenty of tape at left tackle.  He can still sign with another team to play left tackle and get left tackle money.
