What about any actual quotes of Finkel running the wrong routes?

My boy needs actual quotes.

I didn’t

I heard Mia report on Ridley left the field early, and I heard Mia report that Ridley is running the wrong routes. I also heard Joe C report a tweet that Ridley wrote about not here to hangout.

Mia's voice is annoying.

Lol!!! It is!

A face made for radio and a voice for silent pictures.

No no, then we’d give up a 3rd for a 6 week rental.

If they give us Burns and a 5th for Ridley I’m down.

We can go after T Higgins in the off-season or something

But i like Ridley man, if he can start playing with a higher IQ and relax a bit, I think we definitely need to go his way more. Especially over Agnew. Why are we treating Agnew like Randy Moss in some of these packages

Nah. I’m betting they’d have framework in place to resign at signing.

I’d let Rid walk at this point before giving him a mega deal. We’d get our third back the following year in comp pick.

So I just listened to the show to hear what was actually said.  Mia said he ran the wrong route a couple times (which apparently is an ongoing issue) and that he was the first one to leave the field.  She never said anything about him pouting, that was one of the other guys saying he might be.  Also the greatness quote was from Davante Adams, not Ridley.

Honestly without knowing why he is running the wrong routes or why he left the field first it's impossible to know how noteworthy any of this is.  The running the wrong routes is the only part that is even somewhat concerning at this point.
We won. Everything will work out. If we were losing I would be more willing to believe.
We finally have "Winner Problems/Drama"

Kinda like having First World Problems

To his credit, I saw some maturity from him in the few interviews I saw this offseason and pre-season.  I hope he is and can stay a "team first" guy because anything else isn't going to fly around here.  However, I would not be shocked if he is in fact a "me first" guy as that's what his previous actions indicate he likely is and given the circumstances in my first two sentences above, it will be hard for him to hide the "me first" attitude if that's who he is at his core.  Hopefully this is just the media stirring [BLEEP] up.

Oh, stop.  Read what was going on with him.  He was dealing with depression and anxiety related to his family being in danger and his injury not healing properly because team doctors lied to him.

He has handled himself like a pro since coming here.  Stop believing rumors.

I believe the line is:  A face for radio and a voice for print.  Ryan “Hacker” Green comes to mind.

I don’t think we resign him at this rate, keep the 2nd rounder

He’s got too much Diva energy, and not deserving of it he’s not running great routes and he’s constantly making mental errors

What's been wrong with his routes? seemed to me his issue was drops..
This is the kind of thing I'd expect to see if we were 2-5. So what Ridley didn't want to hang out on the field and celebrate, he doesn't have to. Just do your job and let the QB and coaches do theirs. It was a great effort on that sideline grab last night but I don't think it was 2 feet in bounds. Sounds like (typical woman) just stirring up drama for no reason.
I want to clarify.

I'm not saying Ridley is unhappy.

I'm saying that his drawing double coverage a game isn't worth a big contract. That's all I'm saying.

He may be great, but I'm not seeing it. And while him freeing up other players in the offense is important...$$$$ is finite.
Alot of mis information out there....well one thing we can clear up are Ridley's trade conditions, See below

Trade Conditions
4th Round Pick conveys to a 3rd with:
60% snaps OR
75 receptions OR
1,000 receiving yards
Pick conveys to a 2nd rounder if an in-season extension is signed

Note for it to be a second round pick we have to sign him IN-SEASON otherwise it is a 3rd.

Push come to shove we can always tag him. Since it is a 2024 pick then after the draft we can sign him without the pick upgrade.

Pederson said that they looked at it and confirmed it wasn't a catch.

In regards to Ridley not getting targets, it was because the Saints' rolled coverage his way.  Their strategy was to devote their resources to Ridley and force the Jaguars to throw to their other receivers.  With Zay Jones out and a backup (Agnew) starting, it's not a dumb move.  However, it also wasn't a successful move either.  The Jaguats won.  What are people crying about?

I assume you have a reliable source on this?  I heard the part about the franchise tag on the radio but didn't know if it was true.  If it is, it's great news.  Many of us have assumed that we would be losing a 2nd rounder next year.  I would much prefer to lose a 3rd rounder, particularly considering that many speculate that we'll receive a 3rd round comp pick for Taylor.  To me, it's a no brainer to franchise tag him and extend him after the draft.

Depends on how the rest of the year plays out. Josh Allen may warrant the tag more than Calvin Ridley in the grand scheme of things.

Scroll down a bit. This is where I copied it from. I heard the same on 1010 so I went looking for verification.  Couple other spots too.
