I like Gotsis as a player. In a backup role he is a great player. Makes more impact plays than most in his position.

I hope Pickens is ok.

It's a rib injury, so he should be fine after a few weeks

Yes it was. The pads were popping all game. It seemed the Steelers came out trying to bully our guys.

Agredd 100%.  Love having Gotsis on this team.  Hes never a liability and makes plays off the bench.  Thats what you want in your depth
Whiny Steelers fans crying on Twitter that the refs gave us the game! After no calls on a horse collar, roughing the passer, and 3 face masks against ETN on the same play, they gonna play that card. What a bunch of losers!

Dewey waving a terrible towel: priceless!

Fool found out about our “hope” defense.

Steelers getting really butt hurt at the refs after they lost today
it wasn't the refs today that beat pitsburgh. it was the teal of doom.   3 turnovers by our offense in a row ,and defend holds them to fgs. I'm telling you all, the teal of doom is for real.
We both got flagged 6 times today. We ate 72 yards. They ate 52 yards. It was a relatively good game call wise.

We also turned it over 3 times. Not our fault they only managed 10 points today.

That sound like us from week 2 with the Chiefs. ?

The refs are giving the jags a lot of games lately.

Which games have the refs given us?

Huh?  Lol
Props to McManus - nasty wet conditions and he was great

What gave us the game today was that safety taking a step towards Ridley instead of staying with ETN.  Then TL seeing that and hitting ETN....for the TD.  A shout out also to our kicker who made how many clutch kicks in a very tough place to kick?  Boy I hate to admit our management knew what they were doing when they picked him up from Denver...lol

I don't quite follow the "teal of doom" moniker you've coined.  Am I missing the reference?  Teal Curtain makes sense borrowing from the Steeler's Steel Curtain of the 70's.  Sacksonville made sense because it's a play on the name Jacksonville and we were getting a ton of sacks that year.  How does  "teal of doom" as a name for the defense make sense though?

I'll add, I don't think this defense is necessarily name worthy yet anyway.
I hope that Gotsis knocked some sense into that poor fool Pickens.

Dont we lead the league in turnovers by defense. I think they do deserve a name.

Agreed, one could argue he was player of the game.  I think he definitely gets ST player of the week
