they're selling out for the run and while Trevor's doing enough he's not making them pay like he should; the offense still lacks that home run deep threat with speed to take the top off; Zay is kinda that and the other skill players can moonlight at it but that element being absent restricts a lot of what we can do. Id love to see D'ernest as the RB and Etienne out wide on a go route like he did against Pittsburgh, make them allocate a corner or someone with speed to respect etienne to take a defender out of the box so we can pound the ball a little and then have a jet sweep to etienne for a changeup.

I think consistency on the interior as Walker-Cleveland-Fortner-Scherff-Harrison get more comfortable will help; the run game opened up a bit once Cleveland came into the game.
This was so crucial because we have a lot of very hard games coming up. It was great to put this in the bank.

He lives in Austrailia. Not sure he's able to pay for it.

You can't get YouTube in Australia

Who cares they did the same thing last year when we rode into the playoffs and we've continued to do it this year. We're just as good as the top teams in the AFC.
2 games up in the AFC South.

NH3...
Ezra Cleveland is a huge lift for this team. Too bad we didn't have a GM who recognized that back in April.
I'm so happy man. So happy for all of us. We've suffered for a long damn time and wondered if I'd ever see the Jags good again.

I used to dream of a .500 team. Damn we are 8-3.

This feels so good and this year is going to get better yet. Enjoy this ride.

"It's amazing to see Trevor Lawrence step up his game to keep up with CJ Stroud this week."
It's not even a contest today if Ridley catches that [BLEEP] TD.

They left 13 on the field at the minimum. That INT on Lawrence is also [BLEEP] because it was PI on Engram.

Yeah yeah Trevor set a record for most 40 yd throws in a single game today

Better late than never. We are 8-3 headed into the final 6 game stretch.

Vic Ketchman, love him or hate him, said that a culture of losing will take years to overcome. The only cure is to continue to win.
Whata game. Hot damn does it feel good. 8-3 baby
The game is over right? We officially won? I'm still convoluded?

The difference a franchise QB and a good coaching staff can do right?

No doubt. This was a warmup.
The Texans aren't going to win every game they're "favored" to win either btw. The AFC is a complete mess and KC doesn't look like KC from years past.

I do think it’s getting missed a bit that this wasn’t even the best Jags team, they messed up a lot of opportunities. And still managed to pull it out against a hot division opponent on the road. Winning in those circumstances says a lot.

Texans fans are predictably blaming the officiating but not commenting much on the calls that went against us.

On to Monday night!
