Tough review, but it's hard to argue some of their points.

I think Baalke as a talent evaluator can be easily summed up with the phrase "when is the last time he got significant value in a draft pick?"

He's taken some good players, but never for value. He has had decent first round picks, but none of them have outperformed their draft position. In the second round his only decent pick has been Campbell, and that was 33 overall. At that position you should still be getting a guy that had borderline first round ability, or even just straight up first round ability. Other than Campbell his second and third round picks have been utter trash, and after that it mostly gets worse.

Baalke is an indictment of Khan. A great owner would have flushed him with Caldwell. A good owner would have flushed him with urban. A decent owner would have flushed him this year.

That Baalke is still here speaks volumes about how little Khan actually cares about winning.

The bolded is utter nonsense.

I didn't watch the whole thing, just the Jags segment.  This is an indictment that anyone with casual league knowledge and enough training to get rid of the "ums" and "ahs" can either be hired to or produce their own "quality" podcast show.  8th best QB in the AFC?  Lol, ok fantasy football bros.

Hey, there's room for criticism as has been said ad nauseam, but the fact they make no mention of the interior o-line and the personnel failures there last year just shows that they're looking in from afar and probably just parroting what they've heard.

I disagree.

I disagree.

I've watched him express very obvious frustration with the losses and the record in general a dozen different times in interviews and candid post game room footage, and he does not strike me as a good actor at all.

That's just some canned line of rhetoric fans toss out there without thinking clearly.
How in the world could you know that he feels the opposite of what he is putting out there?

If you think "not firing" the GM who just help build the roster back from the gutter to relevancy is an indication he doesn't care about winning - you need to rearrange your perspective of the direction and trajectory of this team compared to the last decade.
